I have always tried to stay away from dealership service departments, always opting for quick lube place... I needed to go in for a recall and was forced to come to a Honda Dealer where I met Tony. I brought my car in for service, and decided to wait at Herb Chambers Honda while they were working on the car. Everybody was helpful and courteous (especially Tony, the Service Advisor who assisted me), a Herb Chambers Honda while they were working on the car. The service was also reasonably fast (I was told it could be up to two hours, and it was under two hours), and the free WiFi made waiting a breeze. I did not buy from this dealership for a few reasons. Accroding to the salesman because of the earthquakes and weather overseas there inventory is low. (Understandable at least I thought it was) 3-I told them I found another dealer w/ a higher model than there so called 0 offer for a lot less and they stated they had called that dealer and came back and told me they didnt have that model in stock.--Guess what I called and they did have 2 on the lot and got everything they promised me. 4- The salesguy did the numbers and didnt even come clos to what I wanted to pay. He said it will be "impossible to get in you the model you want for the price you want, with little or no $$ down" But what can I do to get you to buy?--- How about no thanks you just told me it wasnt possible --great are we going to pull a magic wand and make it better? I was never able to trust car dealer here i don't think I would recommend ...Do your homework shop around More

Joe provided timely information about the vehicle and followed-up as promised on preparing the car for the sale. I had been looking for a car for two months and really appreciated Joe’s direct and low pressure style. Honestly I felt that Joe was concerned about my business, something I was not expecting. I passed this feedback onto one of the finance managers I spoke to but I believe he was moved on from the company so I wanted to make this posting.
