I have had my wonderful Honda Pilot serviced at the Westborough Herb Chambers for the past 5 years. There are other Honda dealerships that I drive past to go to Westborough because I have anyways be tr Westborough Herb Chambers for the past 5 years. There are other Honda dealerships that I drive past to go to Westborough because I have anyways be treated with courtesy and respect from everyone at the service area. Today my car was serviced in the care of Tony Ngo and he was very polite, thorough and made sure that everything was taken care of. I tend to ask many questions about my vehicle and the services that will be performed. He was great - answered all of my questions, we decided on items that needed to be done and my car was ready as promised. He even checked to update me and took care of everything. Great service from this dealership and Tony. More

My fiancee was looking to buy a new Honda CRV, and was shopping between two dealerships,one of which was Herb Chambers Honda (HCW) of Westborough. The two dealerships were both very close to one another shopping between two dealerships,one of which was Herb Chambers Honda (HCW) of Westborough. The two dealerships were both very close to one another in price, so since HCW was closer to our residence, we went with them. Initially the salesman, Tom Kelly, stated the vehicle was at another Herb Chambers' dealership, but could easily be brought to Westboro, and since they came down in price to match the other dealership, he stated that she would have to come in that night (Saturday, February 4, 2012) before they closed to sign the purchase papers, which was not a problem. Upon arriving at the dealership and walking in the front entrance, we noticed the exact same vehicle she wanted, color and everything, right by the entrance. It did not, however, have any of the sticker price information attached to the vehicle' windows as new cars do. Upon meeting Tom Kelly, he stated that the vehicle we observed coming in, was in fact the vehicle my fiancee was going to buy. He stated that the people who were going to buy it had decided at the last moment to switch to a different colored CRV. We then began the paper process, and eventually wound up in the business manager's office to finalize the deal. A short time into this process, the busisess manager produced the odometer statement, which reflected 484 miles on it. We inquired about this since we considered that a substantial amount of miles on a new vehicle. They ensured us that this woldn't affect the warranty at all, and the miles were 'a result of the vehicle being transferred to & from several different Herb Chambers' dealerships. At this time, I noticed there was a Massachusetts Title in the paperwork, and upon further review that it had signatures on the back. We were told that the signatures were of people at the dealerships the vehicle had been at. We took that at face value. Based on Tom Kelly having previously informed us that the vehicle that my fiancee wanted was at another dealership, we halted all proceedings and informed them that we didn't want the vehicle with 484 miles on it, and for them to find out the following day since it was now past closing if the other vehicle at the other dealership was avaialble. Upon arriving home, I inquired of a family member who had been in the auto business, about dealerships having to sign titles for transfers between dealerships. He stated that a new vehicle would have a Certificate of Origin, not a title. He further stated that if the vehicle already had a title, it had been purchased. We feel this was very deceptive on the salesman and the HCW dealership. The following day, my fiancee called Tom Kelly to cancel, and the response she got was extremely rude by Kelly stating, "She was the customer from xxxx", sorry that she "ever came into the dealership\" We would not recommend Herb Chambers of Westborough to anyone. More

They provided extraordinary customer care! I was met in the parking lot by Nik who approached us in a low key, friendly and welcoming way. He was well spoken and solicitous and guided us through the vehicles on the lot without pressuring us, but rather, "assisting" us with the selection of car models and prices. He made an effort to get to know us, and what we were looking for in a car, and then guided us around the lot. It didn't stop there; from the moment my wife and I entered the showroom we encountered pleasant, friendly and upbeat people working the floor and the reception desk. Everyone was supportive and created a comfortable environment for us to consider our options. Nik guided us through the paperwork and introduced us to Mark Guarnieri, the business manager who worked with us on finding the right financing for our purchase. Mark could not have been nicer or more helpful. He is a credit to your organization. By now it's obvious that we were treated the way we would like to be treated and you can be sure that we will be singing your praises with all our friends.
