$118 per hour for labor? This is ridiculous. Parts were marked up 20% OVER list price from the Honda dealership. i.e. $99 a $110 for a rear strut (not the whole assembly with spring)... list price is $142 marked up 20% OVER list price from the Honda dealership. i.e. $99 a $110 for a rear strut (not the whole assembly with spring)... list price is $142 on the Honda parts website. Herb Chambers charged me $160+ per strut. Same with rear brake discs... $52 at Honda parts list price however I was charged $82 for the brake discs. Again, $118 per hour for labor. is this dealership run by the government??? $19.95 tacked on for an environmentally safe procedure. Really?!!! Haven't they already raked their customers over the coals with the $118/ hour labor? Is Albert Einstein working on my car? The only benefit here is they run your car through a really bad car wash at no charge and vacuum some of the interior. More
I was very impressed with working with Ricardo. He showed me to different cars one that asked for and the one I really wanted. On February 28, 2013 I visited Herb Chambers to return my Honda CR-V from its lease. At the same time I was looking for another car where I was introduced to Ricardo Oliveira. At first I was not interested i Honda CR-V from its lease. At the same time I was looking for another car where I was introduced to Ricardo Oliveira. At first I was not interested in getting another Honda just to change things up a bit. However as I spoke with Ricardo we started to build a relationship and it was a wonderful experience working with him. He helped make the process more smoothly and suggested the Accord LX with its new features and immediately got one to show me and get a better feel of things. I loved it. It was affordable and looked great. Not only as a salesmen he helped out with our tight schedule to speed up the paper work process. I would recommend my friends and family to get a car at Herb Chamber and highly recommend Ricardo Oliveira for those looking for a friendly and comfortable experience as I did. Thank you Ricardo! My wife and I visited Herb chambers on February 13,2013 . Our lease was ending on my 2010 accord . I had called to schedule an appointment on the previous Saturday . I spoke with Kenneth from the internet sales dept who was there despite the blizzard, He was very courteous and friendly to speak with and he set tone for our experience. When we arrived we were greeted at the door by salesman Jonathan Belez. Jonathan made a good first impression with us having never met him before. He was very professional from the start and it on showed more on our test drive with his knowledge of the vehicle and his calm and pleasant attitude. After the test drive we began the finance process where we met Dan. He also was very professional courteous. We where in and out in no time at all and driving home in our new 2013 pilot. which absolutely love. I had to return the next day to get my inspection sticker. I was helped by Tony Ngo in service who had me in and out in a flash. Overall I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the search of a new or used car and make sure you use salesman Jonathan Belez . He's great. More

I was looking for an affordable, new car. I walker into Herb Chambers and was promptly greeted. I was hooked up with a salesman Anthony Kent. He was very pleasant to work with right from the start. I had some bad experiences at other dealerships, but Anthony made me and my wife feel great from the start. I test drove a few models of the Honda Accord. Anthony was very knowledgable and answered all the questions I had. I really liked the 2013 Accord Sport but needed a payment that would work for me. He was able to get a payment that fit my budget. He was great to work with and I appreciated everything he did for me. He made the process very easy and smooth for me and my wife. I would recommend Herb Chambers to my family and friends. I would especially recommend them working with Anthony Kent. Keep up the good work. More

We were interested in a 2013 Honda CRV and stopped by the dealership on 12/29/12; we had the good fortune to be greeted by salesperson David Yang when we walked through the door. We were able to agree on a purchase price as well as a trade-in credit for our old car pretty quickly. This is the 6th Honda we've purchased (but first CRV), and first time at this dealership. Great service continued the day we picked up the car -- car was ready to go, David walked us through all the key components/features, and we drove away happily in our new car! From the prompt, honest service to the quality of the vehicle, we couldn't be happier. More

Nobody told the girl taking the calls. The time before that, they broke three out of 4 sensors on the tires of my Crosstour. I told them for nine months that something was wrong after getting the new tires, all they said was change in temperature. When I insisted on an inspection they agreed to fix their mistake. When they ordered the parts they then lost my phone number and could not figure out how to call me. So a letter came saying my information was out dated and I must call them to get my parts. As the expression goes, one hand does not know what the other hand is doing. We are not the only one, a friend of ours has as much fun with their service. More
