I brought my Odyssey in for the 10,000 mile service and was seen promptly by Tony. Tony was extremely professional, polite, friendly and above all else genuine. He performed all services with no hidden fees, tricks, or agenda, like trying to sell you some part you don't need. I noticed a review that complained and gave this dealership a bad rating. however He stated nothing in regards to the service he received, only the price. Why would you authorize the work and service and pay for it, then complain about the price? all pricing is disclosed before you pay for it obviously. It makes no sense. Regardless, Tony told me all the costs associated with the service and how long it would take. I will gladly bring my van back again without a doubt. Fantastic service department and great service advisers that help you along the process! More

I brought my Accord in for service last week and there ended up being several things wrong with it. I bought this car used and am the 3rd owner so was expecting some issues and Jimmy was very friendly, h ended up being several things wrong with it. I'm a college student and being able to prioritize things really helped. He took the time to answer any questions I had and his expertise really helped to explain what was actually wrong with the car was also greatly appreciated! Driving away I noticed that the problem was actually fixed in my car right away. This was my first experience with Herb Chambers Honda, and Jimmy made the experience a pleasurable one. More

When I purchased my first car from Herb Chambers (2011 Pilot) my sales person Ricardo Oliviera was outstanding. He found the exact car I was looking for at a good price. So, when I needed a second car I Pilot) my sales person Ricardo Oliviera was outstanding. He found the exact car I was looking for at a good price. So, when I needed a second car I did not hesitate to call Ricardo. Again, he found a great car for me in the price range I was looking for. When I had some concerns about the brakes, he introduced me to a mechanic and had him check over the brakes for me. They even smoothed out the rotors for me so the brakes felt smooth when stopping. Also, I noticed a funny smell to the car and Ricardo took care of it. He got the car detailed inside and got the smell out. Ricardo is an excellent sales person who will go the extra mile for you. Buying a car could be lengthy and painful process but in my case Jennifer and Dave offered me a good price, not only that, I asked them if I stopped by on a Saturday morning if they can finish the whole process so i can take the car the same day, they promised me to do so and they did, the whole process was over in almost 4 hours. Bad for me that i live 50 miles away from this dealer otherwise i know for sure where i will service my car at. Thank you, More

This weekend I purchased a used Honda Civic from Ricardo Oliveira. It was a long process for me as it is a big decision and commitment to purchase a car. I came to Herb Chambers almost two months prior to look at cars and was helped by Ricardo. I told him what I was looking for and what my price range was and he did a WONDERFUL job of meeting all of my needs. He kept me in mind over the past two months and continued to think of me when trades came in, sending me info about cars regularly. When the prefect car for me came in he immediately informed me and made sure I had the opportunity to see the car. Of course I loved it couldn't be happier with my new car. Ricardo was very patient with me and my father during this whole process and we really appreciate everything he did for us! Adam in financing was also a big help. He gave great advice and I really feel he wanted the best for us. We would most defiantly recommend visiting Ricardo at Herb Chambers Westborough to any of our family and friends. More

I recently purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot from Herb Chambers of Westborough. This was my first experience with this dealership and they made quite a postive impression. He took the time to explain everything in detail to us. We never felt pressured to do anything we didn't feel comfortable. The entire process was a very enjoyable experience. The entire staff at this dealership should be commended...including Lee the finance guy. He did a terrific job! Over the past 20 years I've purchased several cars from other dealerships. None of them have ever come close to the positive experience I had with Richardo. I can't stop telling everyone how wonderful he was. He is really taking care of any my wishes, I'm not a car guy, so I do not have too much knowledge about car, before I went to Honda dealership, I worry a lots about the finding a really good reliable car, cause my previous 2003 used Subaru forester I just bought for 1 year from a private garage store and put already 2000 dollars for the repair, I just want to get rid of it and looking for a really reliable used car. Since I met Mr. Kent, my feeling is turned very relax, cause he is a such warmly person and full with the car knowledge, he listened to me very carefully and explained to me with every detail and so easy to understand for me ( I am not a native English speaker ) about any my concern, plus what I do not know at all before but very important as well. I just trust him 100 percent! I can tell, this gentlemen is not a "car dealer", he is really helping me to choice a great car for me. Such great enjoyable, reliable experience for buying a car, I never had! Just want to appreciate and respect for his great high professional level as well as his great personality.
