My husband and I had the pleasure or worling with Tom Kelly in April of this year. My 2002 Honda Accord Sedan was totaled in an accident on April 7, 2013. Not only was Tom very friendly and professional, he knows what he is doing. He was great helping with the paperwork and made us feel very comfortable with the entire transaction. We drove home on Saturday, April 13, 2013 in our (new/used) 2006 Honda Accord Coupe. We had a small problem with the car a couple of months later and Tom made sure it was taken care of with no questions asked. He really stepped up to the plate, as did his manager Chris. We will be looking for another car this year as my husbands 1991 Honda Accord Sedan is still running, but practially on life support.
