Looking to replace my Honda Accord with a newer Honda Civic (I LOVE Honda, I went back to the dealership of my previous purchase. He asked me what car I was looking for and what I was going to trade. This was about one in the afternoon. He had the exact car I was looking for and gave me a great price for my trade. Yury is a knowledgeable, caring salesman who was most interested in assisting me to make the right decision for me, not worrying just about making a sale. Later that afternoon, not only had I decided to buy the exact car I wanted but was driving it home! With all the talk about other dealerships who have the "one price...no haggling", it was Yury Menaker who offered not only the exact car I wanted and a MUCH better deal but most of all, spent time with me and made me feel that I was important to him and Herb Chambers not just a sales number. Instead he facilitated our car buying process by answering our questions, showing use features we did not know about, proposing a great price with a great trade-in allowance, and then by leaving us to make our own decision with no pressure at all.
