I contacted Theresa and made an appt to come in. When I arrived, I found Theresa to be very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable regarding their current inventory & regarding the Honda brand in general. I noted that she herself drove a Honda (it was her third) which I thought spoke highly of the brand. Theresa did not pressure me in any way either to make a snap decision, to buy something I could not afford or to go with any specific car on the lot. She was happy to show me everything in my price range and then discuss my options. Since dependability was paramount to me, she recommended I consider a certified used vehicle and explained the advantages of a certified used vehicle. I decided on a certified used 2007 Honda Civic EX sedan, a manual 5-speed with 73K miles but an exterior and interior in mint condition. I paid 50% of the purchase price up front and Theresa helped me with financing the other 50% through Honda. My credit score is less than stellar, but Theresa really went to bat for me with the lender and the loan was approved within 24 hours. I found out that Theresa has worked in both sales & financing at Herb Chambers Honda. I think this level & variety of experience gives her a unique & advantageous perspective that salespeople may not generally have! It is 4 months later I am still loving my car and have not had a single problem with it! Clearly, I was blown away with the way my last purchase went at Herb Chambers of Seekonk. It started with an internet inquiry and a quick return call from Eric, the internet manager. The conversation was friendly and professional, and not at all pushy. I was not ready to make a decision that day, but appreciated the quick response and terrific price. In fact, the figure was considerably lower than any other quote I received. One other dealership told me to run out and grab the car because Herb Chamber's number was so good. Jessica Walz was my sales person, and she was simply fantastic. Her friendly attitude, knowledge of the product, and genuine concern that I was completely satisfied quite simply blew me away. I will say that I love my new Honda Pilot, but I can't stop thinking about how Herb Chambers of Seekonk made a normally miserable experience quite enjoyable. You just don't find this level of customer service anymore, and they do it while offering some of the best prices around. I know where I'll be buying all my new cars! More

He didnt pressure us at all in fact on the way home my wife commented to me how pleasant Brian was. I like the fact that the deal advertised in the paper is the deal I got. I called one dealer and the advertised price included 25% of the MSRP down. Another dealer let the phone ring about 20 times before anyone picked up. Everyone I dealt with at Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk was pleasant, professional and courteous. Brian made us feel like we were the only customers in the showroom and they were very busy. I believe word of mouth is the best form of advertisement and I don't praise unless I am truly satisfied with the service and I was very pleased with the whole car buying experience. This was my first dealership car buying experience, so I don’t have much of a basis for comparison as it pertains to other car dealerships and car salesmen. We did visit a handful of other dealerships, though, prior to our visit to your location and spoke with other salespeople. Additionally, being in sales myself, I immediately recognized Brian DelSesto as a true professional of the highest caliber. Unlike the other salespeople we met who seemed to be thinking more about their commission checks than our needs, Brian took the time to inquire about what we really wanted and needed in a second vehicle. It must have been a very frustrating process for him because we ended up going back four times before we made our decision. Each time, our parameters changed as we waffled about what we really wanted vs. what we were willing to pay. If Brian were perturbed, he never showed it. Instead, he became creative, putting himself in our shoes, and began doing independent research between our visits. Then, he would call me and discuss different options. We live roughly 45 minutes from Brian’s location (1 ½ hours round trip). It wasn’t the Herb Chambers name, extensive inventory, or prices that brought us back each time. Rather, it was the personal relationship we developed with Brian who persistently and professionally kept us interested. He was not satisfied with selling us something until he knew that we were 100% satisfied. Finally, he located the car we currently own, and we could not be happier with our decision. It meets all our needs as well as more wants than we thought possible for the amount we paid. More
