When Dean first contacted me I wasn't ready to purchase a new vehicle. I stated that in a few months I would be ready to look. He asked that I give him a call when I was ready and he would do everything he new vehicle. I stated that in a few months I would be ready to look. I am so glad that I did. Dean was able to get me the car I wanted..exactly!! He was able to keep my payments the same without any downpayment. This was very important to me for a couple of reasons...first I am a good customer of Honda. I have had a Honda since 1997 and have only had services rendered at a Honda dealer, and secondly, I can only stretch my money so far....and it was coming down to repair payments and a car payment or just a new car payment... Anyway, Dean worked eagerly with management and was able to get me the payments I needed. He was so excited when I came to get my car. He always made me feel like I was the only customer and all his time was dedicated to me. That is a nice feeling! Once I got my car, Dean stayed in contact with me ensuring I was happy with my purchase. I have since been to Honda for oil changes and everytime I see Dean, not only does he remember my name, but no matter how busy he may be, he always takes the time to stop and say hello. As a customer, that is very important. Having Dean Morrissette as a Sales person, is definetly an asset to Honda Sales. More

When we had forgotten to bring the title for the car we were trading in, we were given choice to bring it in the next day or Jess offered to come to our home to pick it up (which she did). We never felt any pressure to buy, which was a refreshing change from past car purchases. We were seamlessly moved from Jessica to Matt who explained all the workings of the odyssey in an interactive way that was informative and fun. When we are going to be buying another honda, we will be going back to Jessica Walz and Herb Chambers. More
