I originally went to Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk in regards to a Jeep Wrangler. Since summer is right around the corner trying to find one that was a specific year, model and price was not exactly easy regards to a Jeep Wrangler. Since summer is right around the corner trying to find one that was a specific year, model and price was not exactly easy. Paul DelVecchio was excellent on making this task easy as possible. We didn't have much luck on the original Jeep (already sold) but he told me he would keep me informed if anything came up. He did just that and beyond. Checking the inventory on his computer every hour it seemed like. Whenever anything came up I was sure to get a call with a full description of the vehicle and where it is located. This search went on for over a month and I received phone calls and honest input from Paul all the way to the end. After everything was done and final I still got a phone call from Paul to see how everything was going and to make sure I was still pleased with my purchase. When I have to trade in the 2 door convertible for a 4 door, you will be seeing me then. Thanks again Paul. More

I needed to buy a new car due to the total loss of my last car. I didn't want to buy a car but obviously it was a neccessity. Mr Collard was personable, friendly and extremely informative. He showed me what I requested and after a test drive, I decided I didn't like it. Mr. Collard was patient with me and let me drive everything I wanted to. Although this is his job, he didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. I didn't want to buy a car because I loved my old car. However, Mr. Collard made the experience pleasant eventhough I was not in the mood to buy a new car. I would highly recommend Mr. Collard as a salesman and asked him for a couple of his cards so I could tell my friends when they are looking. This is my second car that I have bought from Herb Chambers and will continue to buy from this dealer again. More

Andy made the negotiations simple and direct. It was easy to speak with him on the phone and get the deal done. When it came time to pick the car up everything was ready and all I had to do was sign easy to speak with him on the phone and get the deal done.
