As far as David High our sales man, we have bought 4 cars from this man and have loved every minute. The first time I went there, my wife was working and I had my 4 young children (7,6,4,2 year olds) with me and we spent several hours there and not once did David or anyone make me feel that I should not have brought my children. Not only that, but they, especially David Hightreated my kids great and helped to make it fun for them. My kids to this day call him Uncle Dave, even though there is no relation. David really works hard to find the right vehicle for you, your family and your needs. He asks all the right questions to ensure that you get the right vehicle, it is truly important to him and he never pressures you. My experience here was flawless. I had done my homework on-line and found that the car that I was looking for was offered here at the lowest price around. When I pulled into the lot I was expecting to be on-line and found that the car that I was looking for was offered here at the lowest price around. When I pulled into the lot I was expecting to be pressured and possibly forced into a car that I wouldn't be satisfied with, but that never happened. I was greeted by Mike Monahan who immediately made me feel comfortable. He was very patient with me, as I am very indecisive. Every question or concern I had, Mike was able to answer or had a perfect solution for. One of the major concerns I had was getting a good price for my trade-in which Mike did accomplish for me. In the end, Mike was able to get me into a brand new 2011 Honda Accord for the same payment I was expecting to pay for a used 2008 Honda Accord. I was even able to pick my car up within hours of making my purchase. Before I drove away, Kevin Raymond gave me a very knowledgable and detailed "tour" of my car. He answered any and every question I had about the car. In fact, every associate that I came in contact with was helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. The only regret I have about my experience is not coming here sooner. I never expected to have such an easy and enjoyable experience at a car dealership. More

Our internet contact at the Seekonk location immediately introduced us to Brian, our sales associate and he got the car out for a test drive right away, no long waits. We drove around as Brian explained the car's intricacies to my wife. My wife fell in love with the car, a used Honda Accord, in just the color and style that she was looking for. We were pleasantly surprised to find it would be Honda certified and that the price had been reduced another $1700 for quick sale. Later, we heard that we were eligible for low 2.9% financing. The dealership certainly lived up to their philosophy: "We don't sell cars, we help people buy them." Next, we met a pleasant man named Tom who helped us through financing and all the paperwork associated with new car purchases these days. With the advantage of Simonize protection, we were able to get an even lower finance rate with a local bank. The only problem was that we could not pick up the car on the day it was available because it was to late for us, but Brian took the time to get the inspection sticker on the car so that we didn't have to return later. All's well that ends well. More
