Domenica was wonderful to work with- she respected our boundaries of not asking all the financial questions when initially meeting and looking at cars, while still being very thorough and informative duri boundaries of not asking all the financial questions when initially meeting and looking at cars, while still being very thorough and informative during the test drive and gave us the financials on the car to take home to review. When we returned with our young child to install the car seat and see if it was comfortable for her to get in and out of, Domenica was so kind and patient with her as well and made a point to chat with her on the 2nd test drive while also answering our questions. When we returned a week later to get the final paperwork after purchase via the service desk, the staff offered us coloring books while we waited and made sure to hand deliver some cookies (after checking first) which was very thoughtful. The whole experience was positive- no uncomfortable high pressure sales tactics, able to meet and surpass our expectations and were kind to our family as a whole.
