I've been very apprehensive when it comes to dealerships, with both sales & service. My first couple of times visiting this dealership for service, I was expecting a bad time. By chance I always end up with Jeffrey as the service rep. He's very verbose & transparent with everything being done. Communication is always on point. Everything is always neatly itemized as well.
