Took my 2011 in for recall work. The work was estimated to take longer than originally told. The service agent arranged Lyft rides, at dealership expense, to take me home and back The work was estimated to take longer than originally told. The service agent arranged Lyft rides, at dealership expense, to take me home and back to the dealer to get my car. I was very pleased not to have to have spend 6 hours at the dealership. Mary could not have been more accommodating. Because I didn’t have access to a car at the time, she even offered to drive out to my house to make payment more convenient for me. Service Advisor Sean DeSilva took the time to explain to me in depth what needed to be done, he explained in depth what my car needed, also what could be covered under my Honda warranty and my supplemental warranty.
