Over the years I've heard countless stories about customers being treated unfairly by car dealerships. So, when I walked into Herb Chambers Honda on Morrissey Blvd. Boston I wasn''t sure what to exp customers being treated unfairly by car dealerships. So, when I walked into Herb Chambers Honda on Morrissey Blvd. Boston I wasn''t sure what to expect. It just so happened that when I walked in, the first person I saw was the GM Tom Pasquarella. We talked for 10-15 minutes. He asked some fact finding questions, budget, needs, wants, etc. He then introduced me to Makayla Carter-Harris who would be the salesperson that would help facilitate the purchase of my new car. There was no back and forth about the cost. There was no haggling about anything. Once I picked the car, my 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring Sedan, Makayla stayed in constant contact with me to provide info and to answer any of my questions, even on her day off. When It was time to sign the paperwork, I met with Finance Director, Nick Tarquini. He didn't try to sell me any packages I didn't need. Rather, he managed to get me a better percentage rate. Again, before I left his office, he made certain that I understood all we discussed. One added bonus that I found to be professional, was Makayla's offer to deliver my car to my home. It was another way she went above and beyond to help me. If you're in the market for a new or used Honda, I urge you to stop by Herb Chambers Honda. I have my 2017 Honda Pilot service at Herb Chambers Honda of Boston. My car is having an issue of the transmission. There is a message on the dash board said transmission system problem. Sean DeSilva is my s of Boston. My car is having an issue of the transmission. There is a message on the dash board said transmission system problem. Sean DeSilva is my service manager at this dealership and he is able to find out the exact problem for my car. He found out that the converter of the transmission is not working properly and causing the problem. Luckily I did bought the extended warranty and Sean is able work out the with the warranty department to make my issue cover by the warranty. While he is fixing the transmission issue for me he found that there is another issue on the front end axis on the passenger side of the car. He is able to location the issue right away and gets them all fix in a short period of time. He works so hard with the warranty department in order to make everything cover by the warranty. Sean is so helpful to answer any question that I have with the car. The car is now fixed and the drive is very smooth. Herb Chambers Honda of Boston is the best place to service your Honda car. More

My Husband and I were both lucky to have Katherine Nguyen as our helper. She took good care of us. She is very attentive, focused and determined. She likes what she does, anybody can tell.
