Where do I begin? Coming from an hour and half a way, the ONLY reason we came to this dealership was to look at a specific car they had on their website. They did nothi Coming from an hour and half a way, the ONLY reason we came to this dealership was to look at a specific car they had on their website. They did nothing to help me put a hold on the car, or down payment, or even full out purchase the car over the Internet or the phone. over the phone I made a big deal about only having to go in once, twice if absolutely necessary to pick up the car. (It ended up being 3+ times) We waited all day on Father's Day as there was only one finance guy even though we had made an appointment to be seen. (We were there from 11am until 3pm ) We also told them how we wanted to make this go as fast as possible so we waited 2+ hours to finally see the finance person. The finance person didn't even know why we were told to wait because he said it could be hours until he hears from the bank and suggested we go home and come back tomorrow afternoon to finish the paperwork and pick up the car. So we did. When we came back we were quickly seen and finished the paperwork and got a great rate. But then they said they would need to get the car inspected and checked over again and it would be about 1-2 hours. So we told them we would go to lunch locally and come back in about an hour. An hour later we are told it won't be ready until the following day. We were upset to say the least and they said to call before we came in. So the next day we call and they say it will be ready around 1230 or 1pm. We arrived at 1230. After waiting about 20 minutes we were told that the car still isn't ready and wouldn't be ready for another day! We had to move around appointments, pay tons of money in gas, and waste our time, plus put mileage on our car! Hours and hours of our time! So now supposedly they will drop it off at my wife's work in Plymouth tomorrow at 5pm. We are so close to returning the car - it's rediculus! Not to mention the hoops we had to jump through because they originally took our personal checks for a down payment and then the next day we had to void those and go to the bank for a bank check and then we had to fight with the bank and with them because they charged our debit card almost $1,000. This place is shady, unprofessional, and not easy to buy from! Never go here! I will say that Saurav our sales guy and Mohammed the finance guy were great and did everything they could. I think Saurav and Mohammed should be running the dealership because they went above and beyond. More

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE February 26th: I purchased my Honda Accord. After waiting for over two weeks and despite of the horrible experiences, I bought it. I had to spend 3-4 hours for transportation many times just to get to my work and their showroom after constantly being turned away. I have worked in the customer service industry and I am decent enough not to name people out here. But I was promised by two managers numerous things which never happened. All they did was lie to me over and over and over again. The GM promised me compensation if I bought the car. Nop LIE AGAIN .... a BIG ONE. The customer service representative keeps on calling me to ask if I am still in the market to buy a car. When I say I bought one but would like to talk to GM....it NEVER happens. I emailed the corporate to complain about my issue and they never got back to me. I learnt it the hard way folks. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. You will find yourself tangled in a web of lies. There are much better dealers around please shop and do your research. More

Poor treatment of Internet customer I utilized the Internet to do my preliminary shopping for a CRV and found this dealership to be very slow to respond to my questions, sometimes waitin I utilized the Internet to do my preliminary shopping for a CRV and found this dealership to be very slow to respond to my questions, sometimes waiting 3 days to respond. They were also reluctant to give me the numbers I asked for in writing until being asked multiple times for the same numbers. I was told that I was not a priority because I was not in the showroom--really!. I also completed a credit application online and have never heard back from them. My credit rating is over 790! While their pricing was competitive, I chose to purchase from another dealer who consistently treated me like a valued customer. More
