Best deal, least pressure!! My salesperson, Hudson at Herb Chambers, was the best. He gave me the most on my trade-in and the best overall deal to start out (the other dealership My salesperson, Hudson at Herb Chambers, was the best. He gave me the most on my trade-in and the best overall deal to start out (the other dealerships ended up saying "we can't beat it") and best of all, he didn't pressure me or play games or use typical car sales tactics like many of the other dealerships tried to do. He was honest, straightforward, and personable. He followed up when he said he would, but didn't pressure me AT ALL. It is the best car buying experience I've ever had. I'd highly recommend working with Hudson at this dealership. And don't give in to other dealerships that try to pressure you. The finance dept could use some training. They didn't know that it was MA law that I couldn't transfer plates if I changed the title to 2 names instead of the one that was on my trade in. Ended up costing me $50 but I still got a great deal. Very Disappointed Been leasing with Honda since 2005. I'm currently leasing a 2012 Civic which is due to be returned 11/1/15 called Honda in Boston i was given a day an Been leasing with Honda since 2005. My intentions were to sign a new lease...unfortunately due to my bankruptcy last year my APR, down payment and monthly payment were going to be way to high for me to afford....so Jose Yapul suggested I finance a used car which i agreed on ever since he said that i been waiting patiently to hear from him...has not given me a call or an update, texted him several times and he said he was working directly with the best of the company his finance manager as of today he still hasn't contacted me nor has he called me and its been a whole month. Last text i sent to him i expressed the lack of interest in helping me and if he couldn't help me to just let me know so that i can proceed to go somewhere else to buy a car.....still no answer...very surprised since i never had to deal with this type of customer service with them. Just because my credit is poor and my score is low due to the bankruptcy at this moment you would expect some type of consideration being a long time customer and if he couldn't help me to be upfront and honest about it and not just ignore my calls and messages. Never again would i do business with Honda. Lucky for me yesterday i was able to purchase a 2012 Accord ELX that ill be able to afford no thanks to you JOSE YAPUL!!! very disappointed customer. More

From the beginning inquiry online to the sales manager (Ed Hohmann) getting me to a fantastic salesmen (Eric Poulson) which in turn got me into my vehicle of choice, and the finance manager (Mohammed Denny) that handled everything thru the process. This trio is amazing, nobody can do it better. If your in the market for a new Honda this is the only place you want to go. These guys went over and beyond my expectations, from start to finish, I will always be a Herb Chambers Honda customer..thank you again to all of you. More

Customer service doesnt exist here My wife, 10 month old son and myself went to buy a car from this dealership. They had a car that we were looking for, great price and low miles. The sales person at first was friendly and outgoing. Went for the test drive and apparently we weren't the only couple to want to purchase this car. Pre owned car but again with very low miles. The sales person that was taking care of us was pressuring us into the buying the car because he was afraid to lose the sale. I liked the car and so did my wife. We handed him the down payment and as soon as we signed the paperwork, he left my wife and I waiting for the finance manager. Didn't mention anything to either one of us that we were waiting on someone else to finish up more paperwork. As we waited, he started up the computer next to his desk and took another couple. He didn't excuse himself, didn't tell us we were going to be waiting an hour and half for someone else, went to greet the next customer as if we weren't at his desk. He only cared about meeting his quota. It's been a month now and I haven't heard from him or the dealership thanking me for the business. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. When I went to pick up the car, handed me the keys and said "thanks" and walked the other direction. I regret spending my time and money here More
Long Story Short I went to Herb Chambers Honda of Boston to purchase a preowned 2015 Honda CR-V. I got a deal I was comfortable with and was able to take the car home that day. In the week that followed, I learned that there was a title issue with the vehicle, which meant I would not be able to get an updated registration until the dealership received a new title. Frustrating to say the least, the situation was further exacerbated by the initial complete lack of communication and follow-through from salesman Rob Campagna. We had to call constantly to get any sort of update. Long story short, four weeks from the initial purchase, General Manager Ian Miller offered to replace the preowned CR-V, that had been sitting in my driveway undriven for three weeks, with a brand new 2015 CR-V for the exact same price. Though lacking initially, this dealership made right a poor situation and I can say that I absolutely love my new car. More
