After outlining what we wanted and signing the contract, we found out that what we were offered was not included. Since "you do not have what THEY [salesmen] promised in writing" there was no way management could prove they broke their promise. They insist that they explained everything to us, but that is not true. After talking to the General Manager- he kind of apologized, but asked me: "what's the big deal?" The one person that I thought could help us, turned out to ignore our problem. He ended up "fixing" the whole AWFUL, TERRIBLE experience with 2 free oil changes.... I felt humiliated but that offer, which I refused. If you are planning on going there here is my advice: - Make sure you ask ALL possible questions you might have. - Do not assume they understand everything you are saying. - Don't feel pressured by the time it is taking. They are there to "help you". - Make sure THEY understand what exactly it is you want from them - Make sure YOU understand what is that they expect from you. - ASK them what are the next steps you have to take (we did, they said everything was taken care of, but obviously, it wasn't) - Do not sign anything until your lawyer has read and approve the contract. Other info: We had a lease with Honda that was about to expired and went to Nissan. Nissan took care of the remaining payments. they took the Honda Odyssey and delivered back to Honda. Nissan took care of everything. Our lease with Nissan was about to expire in 4 months, so we started browsing around to compare prices. When the Salesmen at Honda Herb Chambers Boston asked us: "what would it take to make this happen?" We answered and explain what Nissan did for us. We wanted Honda to take care of everything. Honda said they would. When I came back to pick up our new car they told us that we had to bring the car back to Nissan and pay whatever Nissan would charge us. They promised to take care of everything, but they broke their promise. Of course, they said that THEY NEVER promised to bring the car back to Nissan, etc... We were not told that! I feel cheated, humiliated and very angry. I won't tell you Not to go there, or that all salesmen are bad. I'm sure that there are great people working there, and I hope that if you decide to go there you have a great experience unlike us. More

Susanne helped me today to take care of my daughter's old good Honda Accord 2002. I was updated in details on a state of the car, repairs that have to be done ASAP and car problems to take care as soon as I can. I got a call from Susanne as soon as repair was finished and it was earlier than was promised. All communication was detailed and friendly, I appreciate Susanne's help very much. More

We learned upon arrival from Julie, salesperson, vehicle was sold to a woman who was scheduled to see it at 11am Sun., 90 min. before we were scheduled to arrive for our 12:30 time. Neither she nor Mo, finance manager, were honest enough to tell us the woman had called for an appointment the day before and instead, simply explained "she just happened to drop in". General Manager Dana informed us her appointment was made Sat.8/13 24 hrs. after I scheduled mine Fr. 8/12. In fact Julie called me Sat. pm at 3:30 to tell me what her manager offered for my trade in vehicle and never spoke a word about about it. No effort was made to notify us, as a courtesy, despite our long journey. When I called and offered a deposit 24 hrs before my appointment, I was told.."you'll be fine." It truly casts HC sale staff in the classic mold of "used car salespeople". Apologies were superficial, defensive and disingenuous. I want Herb Chambers to know how his employee's behavior today undermines his so called reputable image. I know they are in business to sell vehicles, and have the right to sell to sell on a first come first serve basis, but I am offended to know that this staff blatantly and patently violates ethical practice and common decency. It leads me to believe they customarily draw out customers in the belief they might sell additional vehicles (which they offered me) despite personal hardships incurred. Thanks for the opportunity to be heard (or read in this case). More

When I A customer lounge filled with tattered and worn out chairs is indicative of is dealerships atitude towards and commitment to customer service. When I made my appt. I was told he "1st annual service" for my 2015 Honda CRV Touring would run less than $100 and would only require "an hour or two." Imagine my surprise when I learned I would spend at least 3 hours in this uncustomer friendly environment and spend almost $500 on service. They apologized about the "confusion." Here I am 24 hours later waiting again in this shoddy space bcause they managed to screw up my vhicle. I broght in a car that ran perfectly. Despite paying for an alignment my vehicle now pulls to the left. Shoddy if not incomprtent service to say the least. They seem to have no concern for or understanding that my time is valuable. So here I sit ... Again. I'll find somone else to service my vehicle in the future. More

My first call is to inquiry the availability of Lunar Silver Exterior with Gray Interior Honda Odyssey for Lease. Online it was showing in Westborough location, I called the westborough location number but the operator directed me to Boston sales office based on my Zip Code. The sales person take my inquiry and responded back if I would like to test ride the car, they have another car in their location and asks me to come to office. After I reach the office, he introduced another grumpy face who will take care of my request. I showed him the car which I'm looking in their website. But the Gray interior car is only located in Westborough. But he said, this car was not in that location and it is in our another location due to lack of space in the building. After negotiating the numbers for lease. I again mentioned I need Lunar Silver with Gray interior. He said "Yes" every time I mentioned. This was the 4th time, I mentioned. Finally I signed on the agreement. And the car is delivered at 8.20 PM yesterday, he showed the car and came home. I pickup the vehicle specs paper found in the car and read that print in home at 11 pm and realize that it was a Truffle interior car which I dont want. Next day, I called the sales man and asked the first question, "On the day 1, when I met you I requested the Lunar Silver with Gray Interior. Correct?". He said Yes. And then I told I got the Truffle interior car. He replied "yes, that is what we have". Then I said why didnot you mention this to me, I asked you specifically the gray interior one. He said, at the time of delivery why didnot you check this. I said "it was 8.20 PM, extremely low light condition, I cannot recognize the interior color properly". After some arguments he started saying, we never discuss about interior color before. He also said, you already sign the agreement, so we cannot do anything for you. This is how my story ends. This is how some of the sales man will work. Even in the agreement the interior color doesnot mentioned anywhere. I'm not happy what I got and especially the feeling of being cheated by a salesman.
