He works extremely hard with customers to make the best deal possible for seller and buyer. I mostly work with Tereza Guzman in the service area. She is amazing! I have been impressed with her knowledge about automobiles and what needs to be done. I have been treated well and always bring my cars for service to Herb Chambers even though I mostly live on Martha's Vineyard now. Tereza should be highly commended for her work. Susan Tarquini is also wonderful. She takes time to meet with customers and to make sure things are running smoothly. I feel that the staff at Herb Chambers knows me personally and I can't say enough good things about this company. I recommend this dealership to many of my friends who have purchased cars there and use the service center. More

Perfect transaction Was shopping for an HRV m, stopped at a few Honda dealers, one of them I couldn't even get a salesperson to talk to us. Ended up at Chambers Boston, Was shopping for an HRV m, stopped at a few Honda dealers, one of them I couldn't even get a salesperson to talk to us. Ended up at Chambers Boston, was considering an EX, met Phylisha outside as I walked in, was knowledgeable, witty and social. Knew her product and had listening skills. The bride said this is where we should shop! And after a great test drive and a thorough explanation of all things HRV, the deal turned out to be so good that our expected monthly budget actually moved us up a notch in the trim level and got an EXL with the Honda talking Navigstion for what I expected to pay for an EX.
