I have always been very happy with the service that, Rick Gadway and his front-end team of, Anthony, Nick, Luke and Brendan have provided at Herb Chambers Ford of Westboro. They have taken very good care of Gadway and his front-end team of, Anthony, Nick, Luke and Brendan have provided at Herb Chambers Ford of Westboro. They have taken very good care of me and my two Explorers with outstanding customer service over the past five years. Their technicians are top notch and do excellent work. They all have gone above and beyond to make sure I’m a satisfied customer. I’m extremely satisfied, and grateful. I can’t thank Rick and his team enough for all they’ve done for me. In one word, fantastic! I would also like to give a big shout out to Herb’s Sales Associate, Freddy Daher. He was nothing short of amazing in the lengths he went to in making sure my car buying experience was the best it could be. He too went above and beyond and took great care in making sure that I was completely satisfied and happy. I definitely would be remiss if I did not give Freddy his well-deserved accolades. It was my second time dealing with Luke. I was greeted with a happy, friendly face.
