My experience today @ Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree was excellent. The service tech, Jack Nguyen met me at the car and escorted me to his work station. I told what I wanted done and he took care of it. I d excellent. The service tech, Jack Nguyen met me at the car and escorted me to his work station. I told what I wanted done and he took care of it. I did not wait for the work to be done so Jack called me to come and pick up the vehicle. The work could not be completed due to parts not available- Jack told me parts were on order and I would be called to return to finish the work.. I was very satisfied and pleased the way Jack handled everything. More
