Christmas Eve morning my engine shut down. I had no hope of getting it repaired for Christmas. Had it towed to Herb Chambers. Four hours later much to my surprise I was driving home, repairs done. I thou of getting it repaired for Christmas. Had it towed to Herb Chambers. Four hours later much to my surprise I was driving home, repairs done. I thought I would be without my car the entire Christmas weekend. Thanks to the service person that didn't happen. Great job. More

Recently purchased a 2018 stone grey f 150 5 weeks ago. Was told we had a 60 day warranty. Also had 5 year 60k mile factory warranty on motor, transmission, rearend. The truck only had 46k miles on it. Bro Was told we had a 60 day warranty. Also had 5 year 60k mile factory warranty on motor, transmission, rearend. The truck only had 46k miles on it. Brought it in for service, was told a loud whistle from the alternator and a clunking from the top of the engine was all normal and they don’t fix it under there 60 day warranty because it was still drivable they said. Went through 5 salesman including the general manager and got absolutely nowhere. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They do not stand behind there warranty. By far worst dealership ever dealt with. More
