My terrible journey with Herb Chambers Ford Braintree began in October 2019. I'm at the dealership to sign all paperwork for my new vehicle and they kept me waiting forever. I couldn't wait any longer so began in October 2019. I'm at the dealership to sign all paperwork for my new vehicle and they kept me waiting forever. I couldn't wait any longer so I got up & headed for the door, told them to forget it and that I would shop somewhere else. Well that's when they realized it was time to get me in and sign some papers. People were chasing after me to get back inside, they got my file into an office and ready to go. I walk into the office and some chump with a big smile is trying to shake my hand like we're buddies. I was so aggravated I just wanted to sign and leave. BTW - 1star rating is too high. More
