Arranged appointment for oil change with Jack. Upon arrival he checked me in, he noted additional noises I wanted checked out. The work was completed in the time estimated. I feel strongly that Jack and Herb Chambers Ford can be trusted and do not try to convince customers that more work is needed, when it is not necessary, unlike the previous Ford dealer I used to go to nearby.
