Cindy gave me honest advice with my repair. She Restored my faith in this dealership She Restored my faith in this dealership More
We have a new Ford Edge that we bought from another dealership. I made the mistake by not buying it from Herb Chambers. Not only are their sales people kind and honest (Scott Lewis the G.M.) but, what dealership. I made the mistake by not buying it from Herb Chambers. Not only are their sales people kind and honest (Scott Lewis the G.M.) but, what really sold me today was their service department. In my opinion, Jack Nguyen and Scott Lewis are 2 very honest employees that work for Herb Chambers. I had issues with this other dealership who I won't name but, they are a Ford Dealership in Quincy who starts with letter Q. And they give horrible service. They are not honest in my opinion. Herb Chambers in Braintree could teach a thing or two to other dealerships. Jack (in my opinion) could train the other dealerships how to deal with customers with grace, kindness, and dignity. Jack and Scott are valuable assets to the Herb Chambers team. We will always service our car with them. And soon will be buying another car with them. Quirk Ford (whoops I said their name) should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat their customers and not lie to them. Quirk Ford is a horrible dealership in Quincy. I should have driven the extra miles to Braintree to Herb Chambers. Lesson learned. More
I initially stopped at this dealership to get my sticker done, but I ended up getting new tires (since they were 12 years old) and brakes too. I already knew my vehicle was due for this work, but I kept pos done, but I ended up getting new tires (since they were 12 years old) and brakes too. I already knew my vehicle was due for this work, but I kept postponing for lack of time or funds. Jake, the service consultant who handled my car intake, was knowledgeable and helpful. He offered me ride to the nearby mall, which I thought was a nice service/gesture, but I chose to stay on premises. I sipped some tea, had an apple (that they thoughtfully provided) and did some remote work in the waiting area while my car was serviced. They even provided a phone charger, upon request (as my phone battery was dying). Overall, my experience here was great and I recommend this service center. I’ll likely be back there soon for my next oil change, which was offered complimentary; they don’t do price matching, but they worked with me to make up for the price difference, as the services I received were a little over what I expected from my regular/previous dealership (which was running a deal on tires at the time). Paul Martin communicated extremely well with me on the service needs for my Explorer. Explained things clearly and sent me pics of my car as it was being serviced.
