I was very pleased with my overall experience with herb Chambers Jeep when I purchased my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. Of course like anyone, I would have loved to pay less but these gentlemen gav Chambers Jeep when I purchased my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. Of course like anyone, I would have loved to pay less but these gentlemen gave me the best deal and were by far the most polite honest. I had started my shopping with Herb Chambers and then went to 2 other dealerships and was very close to signing but I finally backed out of the deal as I did not feel comfortable with what I was getting for the money. I then decided to go back to Herb Chambers to see what they could do for me. I had been shopping around for 6 months and I had a specific Jeep picked out but the Jeep that I had wanted was no longer available from any New England dealer inventory since I backed out of the deal so I had to consider ordering one or broaden up my search criteria with respect to options and Herb Chambers helped me to look at other opportunities and I am very glad that they did. I ended up getting a Sahara when I was initially looking at a Sport but I wouldn't trade my vehicle for anything. I can't say enough about the overall experience I had with my sales force and they made me feel very comfortable. When it came down to signing on the dotted line I was still a bit apprehensive and I needed Herb Chambers to meet me half way on some accessories for my Jeep, to close the deal, and they did just that. I would go back to them in a second and I can't say enough about them and my overall experience that I had. The car that I traded was a 2008 Ford that I had purchased from Herb Chambers a couple of years ago but my experience for my Jeep was superior to my Ford experience. More

I was recently in the market for a preowned vehice. Once I arrived Jennifer set me up with John a sales person who showed me the truck, had me drive the truck and I did some paperwork with. Once we got back Joe came over went over all the numbers and made me one great deal so I took it. While sitting with the finance director Bob, John and Joe had the truck cleaned and gased and had my plates switched over, I got done in finance and my new truck was ready to go, by far the easiest most enjoyable expirience I've ever had buying an automobile. I live just down the street from Herb Chambers Chrysler of Millbury. The first time I went there to service my car, it was purely out of convenience. (My previous mechanic went out of business). Sam, at the counter, explained the service they were going to perform on my car clearly and patiently and helped me understand what needed to be done and why. He was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Being a sceptic, I thought for sure that my second visit would not be nearly as pleasant, and they were simply "pampering" the new customer to ensure a return visit. Well, it worked! And it's worked every time since! Each time I visit the service department in Millbury, Sam has been there, and been just as helpful and patient as the first day we met. I would recommend this service department to anyone, without a doubt! More
I decided to trade in my clunker and to my amazement, I actually got a great deal without a whole lot of effort. When I let them know I would be interested in trading in my Jeep under the CFC program, they were really great. I was skeptical of the program at first but I ended up saving a total of almost $8,000 when all was said and done. The sales person (Alison) was really nice and straightforward. The manager (Jeff?) threw in a free oil change. I didn't feel the typical dealer "pressure" tactics...we just came to a price and added up the incentives and I drove off in my gorgeous new Jeep. I loved it! More

She answered all my questions, directed me to websites that helped me understand the program and even set up an appointment for their dealership to help me know for sure my car qualified. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and even though I could see how incredibly busy they were, everyone had smiles and were pleasant and patient. My Salesperson, Jim Morin, took a lot of time to explain the program to me, very patiently and helped me look at all my options for my trade. All I can say is I have never had a better experience at a car dealer! More
Called to make a service appointment for a recall on my wife's Grand Caravan, having to do with an air-bag issue. Specified that I would like to wait since {according to the bulletin}, is only one hour, and the advisor accomodated my needs. That appointment was March 3, 2008 at 4pm. I called to confirm that everything was on schedule, and if I show up at 4pm, my van would be started right away. After a brief on hold session, the advisor asked if I could drop the van off at 3pm instead of 4. I can't since I'm working. When asked if I would like to re-schedule, I told him I would have to get back to him since I live 3/4 hour away, and this apppointment was crucial, due to personal scheduling issues. I own an '05 Jeep Rubicon, and this van is an '05 EXT version. Appointment delays have occurred like this two other times. I will more than likely look elsewhere for sales and service in the future. Every time I go into the Service Dept, there are "new" people....you can't develop a relationship with them at all. Not good. More
