I purchased a certified pre owned Jeep Commander at this dealership in Jan 2008, my experience with the sales staff went well, there were a few glitches but nothing that concerned me at the time. I used thier service department for my regular oil changes and other concerns, each time I went back I must say different things came up that began to concern me about the car and the service. just before the 4th of July, I had a problem with the pistons in my jeep, service was set up and I brought it in to be fixed. Already I must admit I was concerned with this kind of service being need on my "certified car" but I was glad they wer taking care of it, seeing I had taken a extended warranty. I picked up the car the next day and drove to New hampshire, long enough to know it had not been serviced correctly. On top of this the car had been returned to me dirtier than whwen I dropped it off, I was not happy. On the 3rd of July I had to bring it back and was lucky enough that Dave Wilson was the only person left working in service. My car was immediately taken in , I was brought a rental to use for the weekend, and every concern was heard by David and I was assured it would be taken care of. When I returned 3 days later, my car was immaculate, it had been serviced correctly and the car fax I had asked multiple employees for over the past 18 mos was there. Thankyou to Dave Wilson for making a bad situation good and making me think I JUST MIGHT BUY ANOTHER CAR AT HERB CHAMBERS! THANKYOU K.M.SANBORN More

I called and spoke with Randy explaining that I had brake noise that worried me he told me to come right in. The service was great, Randy was terrific to deal with, very helpful a true asset to your service noise that worried me he told me to come right in. Came in for an experss oil change without an appointment and was taken in right away. I was given an approximate time and when I was told I needed an air filter in addition to the standard oil change I was and was taken in right away. When it fails I not only lose my transportation but also a place to live. I presented myself at 7:30 am with my vehicle that had shut down unexpectedly the following day -Sunday. The service manager himself came to my van and listened to the story of the failure and asked questions to be sure he had all the facts. After typing up the work order he advised that he would try to have my van in the hands of the mechanic within the hour even though I did not have an appointment. This was done and in no time I was told the van had bad fuel injectors and would have to be ordered from Detroit. This could take 3 days or so to get them in and installed. I shared with him we were living in the van and the 3 day estimate would really create trouble for us. He made some calls and said he would have the parts overnighted, which they were. By 2:30pm the following day we were on our way headed to Canada. Not only did this dealership and especially this person, Bill Roust meet my expectation they far exceeded it. All of this work was covered by warranty, I paid nothing. More
I went to Herb Chambers for an oil change/service on my Challenger. I had enrolled in the free oil change program,so it was free. I got in right away, waited about 45 min.
