I'm giving this rating because the Jeep I bought here is still not fixed and someone in the service department stole four packs of cigarettes out of my car the last time I brought it in. Osirus was so ni is still not fixed and someone in the service department stole four packs of cigarettes out of my car the last time I brought it in. Osirus was so nice to try and cover for his crew but I refused to let it go and ended up coming back in to be reimbursed by the "detail manager" with petty cash. I'm still angry that my vehicle is not fixed. This dealership and the next one agree that there is a noise in the drivetrain that they can't identify. None of the service people even seemed interested in fixing my car, which is under warranty! More

STAY AWAY... I go to U.T.I Norwood for auto and know when my car has an issue. Ive had my car since october 2012 and its now july 2013. I had noticed a whining sound that appeared to be coming from the trans my car has an issue. Ive had my car since october 2012 and its now july 2013. I had noticed a whining sound that appeared to be coming from the transmission so I made an appointment with herb chambers since it was under warranty.I had an appointment for Thursday so as I usually do, I dropped my car off the day before so it would b the first in. I expected to get a call at around noon on thursday and I didnt, so at around 5pm I called and got told my car wasnt even looked at yet. I woke up at 930am on friday to a call asking if i wanted to schedual a new appointment since I hadnt dropped the car off, I said no the car has been there for a while. I waited till 12 that and had no call so I called them back, still mycar had not veen seen. I called back 3 more times, im now pissed off, and still the same answer. I decided to test them and see if they would update me on there oen on Saturday but no one called. Monday morning I call and get told the car was testdriven and the sound was herd and Iit sounded mechanical, then he says the transmission specialist had to take it for a ride and I should hear from him by about 3. I waired till 5 and didnt get a call so I called back. The guy that had been helping me was gone for the day and there was no news at all so I asked for the service manager and got told he was gone too. I called tuesday morning and got told no noise was herd and there couldnt be anything wrong with it because there where no codes, keep in mind the day before I had been told they herd the noise and it was mechanical. He said they were putting miles on my car to try and listen for a sound, but that it was probably just me not knowing about how my car was supposed to be, so I called my normal shop Michaud Mitsubishi, right accross the street, and told them what had happened. They helped me the best they could and suggested I got my car away from herb chambers ASAP and to another shop. I did what they suggested so itook it to the place it should have been all along, michaud Mitsubishi. I will repeat myself again STAY AWAY FROM HERB CHAMBERS DANVERS. THEY ARE NO GOOD CROOKS THAT WILL BLAME THE ISSUE ON YOU AFTER TAKING DAYS tO EVEN LOOK AT YOUR CAR. More

Came in for an oil change, was promptly greeted by someone as I drove into the service area. While in the waiting area, William brought my young daughter over a teddy bear, which was very nice of him someone as I drove into the service area. The salesman who sold me my 2 cars 2 years ago remembered me and asked how everything was and how i was. One thing I dont understand and never will, the salesman are usually sitting in the waiting area, eating, drinking, doesnt bother me, they were all very nice but shouldnt they be standing? As i said doesnt bother me as they are very corteous anyhow. $40 for an oil change is a bit steep conidering I can go to any local shop for about $20-$30. More

I have only taken my car here twice, but so far, I have had nothing be great service and I love the fact that they wash and vacuum my Caravan each time. I would trust this dealership with any service and had nothing be great service and I love the fact that they wash and vacuum my Caravan each time. I called at 10:15am, dropped off with no appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Had a bad lug nut (previous dealer put on an after market one), they called for an okay to replace. My car was completed in under an hour! I told them to take their time since I didn't have an appointment. Bill was AWESOME!!! Great customer service!! Even check out was fast!!! Great service, friendly people!! Bring your car there!!!! It's worth it!!!! More

Another wonderful experience at Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Danvers. I pulled into the garage for my oil change and was immediately greeted by William. He was pleasant, helpful and very profess Jeep Dodge of Danvers. I pulled into the garage for my oil change and was immediately greeted by William. He was pleasant, helpful and very professional. In addition to my oil change, I had planned on getting a tire rotation and also had inquired about wiper blades. Instead of just assuming these things needed servicing, William made sure they were actually necessary - which after checking, they were not. Thank you for not trying to sell me something I didn't actually need. I've dealt with dealerships before that always seem to find something else that needs to be done in addition to what you're actually there for. They serviced, washed and vacuumed my car in about 30 minutes ... and even managed to find a pill box and set of keys that I thought were lost forever! Thanks for that, too! The cashiers were extremely friendly, too. The friendly service and great work you receive at Herb Chambers far surpasses any quicky oil change place around. I also saw the salesmen that sold me my car, Mark Cunningham and Seth Anderson who were both as friendly as they were when I first arrived to by my car. Great bunch employees at Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Danvers! Keep up the great work! More

Osiris DeLeon was my contact person, and he was professional and so v how happy I am with the service I received at your Jeep dealership in Danvers. Osiris DeLeon was my contact person, and he was professional and so very courteous throughout my entire repair experience, including calling me a few times to explain things thoroughly. Osiris is a great representative of your business, and he is very skilled at explaining technical things to customers. My 2008 Jeep Wrangler is running like brand new thanks to your skilled technicians; and when I picked it up I smiled when I saw it had been washed clean. Frankly, I bought this Jeep from a competitor, but I had been let down several times in terms of the service and treatment I received. They never returned calls when I called to schedule an appointment for maintenance - how can a company not return a customer's call when it's new business? But after I had a wonderful experience with the collision shop at your Danvers location, I knew I could expect great service in the future. I don't live close to the Danvers store so I tend to get oil changes at a more local place. But there is no doubt I will be returning to your shop in Danvers for any future maintenance I need. AND - hopefully I'll be looking at buying a new Wrangler for 2014, and I am positive I will be purchasing it from Herb Chambers. You are doing everything right in managing your business....
