Kyle the service manager is excellent, he is very thorough keeps you updated on your vehicle and gets you in and out of service as quickly as possibly. I came back to this dealership after a horrible experience at a Jeep dealership on rt 1, I was so impressed with Kyle I came back and purchased my Jeep because of his kindness and understanding from that horrible experience. I brought my Jeep in for its 40,000 mile service.
