Dear Rncecere, I sincerely apologize that one of your tires had low tire pressure after we serviced your vehicle. Please visit our service department whenever you are in the area and we will put the appropriate air in the tire and make sure it is measuring correctly. Please know that our team members would not have recommended an alignment and tire rotation unless it was warranted. Perhaps, we should have better explained our recommendation.
