My car was immediately attended to upon my arrival and the maintenance attendant was friendly. The car was ready for me at the agreed upon time. Each time I have visited teh Service Department Scott Lyons and his crew have always been prompt, courteous and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that I am happy with the result. I have never had to return my vehicle for any reason as all problems and concerns are addressed in a timely manner on the first visit. The shuttle service to work is convenient and again the staff is more than happy to assist. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to by a new car or anyone taht is looking for a trustworthy and dependable service provider. More

I recently brought my Hummer in for routine maintenance, which I have to admit is usually one of my least favorite things to do. I usually find the people working in these shops to be impersonal and only ab which I have to admit is usually one of my least favorite things to do. I had the pleasure of working with Mike Anagnos and unlike my previous experiences, he made me feel comfortable, was very friendly and explained everything to me in plain english rather than service center jargon.
