Ever since then, if a problem with my vehicle arose I would contact Scott Lyon. He had always been a tremendous help in solving my car problems with his expertise and fair pricing. This week I had a problem with my vehicle, and I was very concerned money wise. Scott assessed the problem and came back to me with a solution to the problem as well as a very fair price. This was a great relief to me, having 2 children is college and another one on his way. Money is rather tight right now, and Scott was very understanding. I felt very comfortable speaking to him, and he treated me with great kindness and respect. I am very grateful to be able to go to him for advice regarding my car. Although he is kind and considerate, Scott is also a true professional. He takes care of business in a way that enhances the quality of your company. I know I can trust Scott to give me the truth and always fair pricing. That's important for me,the consumer,to be able to trust someone I'm dealing with in such matters of importance. Faced with a $2800 estimate, Scott leveraged the extended warantee I had on my vehicle, and successfully worked with the adjusters to ensu excellent. I needed a window repaired during a snow storm and he got me right in and got it covered by the deale been prompt, courteous and professional to me. great job, Scott Lyon got me in and out in one hour, I had lost my windshield wipers in the middle of a blizzard and the place was packed with all the new cars so they could plow. Scott is the best Service person I have ever run across. A few weeks ago my wife was going ot Vermont to pick up mt daughter form school, when they ran into a cold front and snow storm. her windshield fluid A few weeks ago my wife was going ot Vermont to pick up mt daughter form school, when they ran into a cold front and snow storm. her windshield fluid was freezing coming out of the ports and then stopped all together. Fearing something had broken she called me and I called Scott to see if he could help with a dealership in the area that might be able to check her car quickly. Scott called Dealerships in Montpelier and Burlington for and gave her the names, address and phone numbers so she could find them if the problem persisited. Unfortuntely, both dealerships were "too busy" to even have her stop by and take a quick look. I was shocked, as on more than one occaision we have had a small issue and Scott always stop by and let me look, it might a quick fix. As it turned out the problem was freezing fluid due to the extreme cold and temperature change, but I'm sure you can imagine the concren of being on an interstate highway in snow with salt spray and trucks and being unable to clear it. Scott is "the" reason I buy vehicles form Herb Chambers. I have bought many cars from that location over the years and have 4 vehicles on the road and being serviced there. Without Scott, I'm sure I would have looked elsewhere, where today, i don't even think about it. Dave Bartlett More

Scott is the number one reason I have been taking my 2009 Impala to Herb Chambers Chevrolet for service and warranty work. Scott is a knowledgeable, dedicated and energized individual whose main purpose is to keep the customer happy by taking the necessary steps to get the vehicle serviced and or repaired correctly the first time around in a reasonable amount of time. In addition to great service the dealership is staffed with a bunch of nice friendly people that make you feel very comfortable. More

We think they are great. Scott Lyon is very honest and up front about what you need done. It took us a while to find a service department that we could trust.We cant say enough about the service, the workmanship,and the great people that work there.But mostly the trust that you build with the service department.You always feel welcomed when you walk in. They always let you know whats going on and if you need a ride they are great at getting you where you need to be. We think their #1 when it come to service and workmanship.
