I leased a 335i from the dealership in October. When I had a check engine light come on recently, I contacted Jason to find out the best way to handle getting an appointment and he offered to find out more info for me. Within a few hours not only did I have an answer on thye problem (a programming recall) but had an appointment that was sooner than I was expecting. I highly recommend Jason, Kosta, and BMW of Sudbury! Terrific experience! More

I first met Kosta Pappas when he was working at a different dealership. It took me a while to locate him again, but was extremely happy when I did. BMW computer board indicated that micro filter needed service, I was in Wayland border and called BMW Sudbury, called using BMW bluetooth and asked if I could stop by or do I need an appointment, Service service, I was in Wayland border and called BMW Sudbury, called using BMW bluetooth and asked if I could stop by or do I need an appointment, Service coordinator Bill checked if any team was available, green team was able to squeeze me in, it was around 7:30am. I enjoyed the facilities while waiting for the filter to be replaced. I usually go to BMW Norwood Gallery but I was in Sudbury area. Both Dealers are great to deal with. BMW marketing philosophy and strategy is working and of course it is the ultimate machine. More

so I had a few issues with my car and took it to FMW as I always do and kate was my CA. To start I had a rejection sticker from a inspection shop. she went out of her way and snuck me in for a appointment kn always do and kate was my CA. To start I had a rejection sticker from a inspection shop. she went out of her way and snuck me in for a appointment knowing I couldnt drive the car (safety issue). arriving at the dealership I am greeted and shown my loaner which had a full tank of fuel! I have been updated daily and never had to wonder what was going on. The technician that did the work was excellent and did a nice clean complete job. no dirty hand prints or old parts left in the trunk (dont laugh happened twice at other dealers).All in all I am happy to say FMW has done another painless top notch job. Brake Lining light lit up at 35k. Did an inspection 1 at the same time. Replaced rotors and pads under warranty. Told them I was hearing noise in the front end from every little bump. Told them I was hearing static on AM when I step on thhe brakes. They installed an additional ground wire (per bulletin). Told them the hesitation in the acceleration was bugging me and they reprogrammed the EGS with new software.<br><br>I dropped it at 7:30 and it was ready at 5 just as they said it would be. The handling is vastly improved, and the 3.0 seems like a different beast with the new transmission program. More
