Not happy with service I got from them this time, they sent coupon to use when I showed and she said it can't be applied since billing was already done and mentioned all the discounts are applied which is sent coupon to use when I showed and she said it can't be applied since billing was already done and mentioned all the discounts are applied which is not true, in their website for oil change is $99 and they charged $99 plus taxes and no discount. I rather have honest answer. I will try to minimize to go to this place as possible moving forward. More

The service didn’t meet my expectations in terms of timing. Not well organised. Not enough stuff that is why it took so long. Example:It took me about 5-6 minutes in Mercedes dealerships to be out with timing. Not well organised. Not enough stuff that is why it took so long. Example:It took me about 5-6 minutes in Mercedes dealerships to be out with the loaner car and it took me about 30 minutes to do it in BMW service. Plus, when I picked up my car the front license plate was hanging on one screw. Thanks to the technician he quickly found the correct screw to attach it. To have 5 stars this dealership should work harder. Thanks. More
Just picked up my car after annual service by Herb Chambers BMW. They performed a complete check, sent me a video of the inspection and identified a number of things that needed attention. I had reserved a free loaner (new BMW SUV), which meant I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. John Majeika was my service manager and was friendly, efficient and most considerate.
