Friendly and professional staff! I was well informed on the progress of service throughout the day. Had tire issue late Friday, showed up without appointment and got great service, tire replaced and car washed and out in about a hour. Have dealt with many BMW dealerships across country but never had better and got great service, tire replaced and car washed and out in about a hour.
