I had sap all over the hood of my car. I tried numerous ways of cleaning it off, however, none of which worked. I brought my car to BMW Sudbury, and they were able to remove it. You would never know I had sap and sticky stuff all over the hood of my car. I was very happy with the outcome. Even though my warranty has expired on my car, I still continue to take it there. The people are helpful and polite. More

I was not happy with this service appointment. First, they forgot to do the state inspection even though it was on the work order. When I brought it up the person acted as though it was my fault. The “vehicle check” service was not explained either before or after the service. There was no video sent to me of a technician checking out my car. When questioned about the $50 discount coupon mailed to me I got a song and dance about how it did not apply. Overall I felt rushed through, especially when checking out. This is not the experience I had previously at Sudbury BMW nor is it how I expect to be treated at a luxury car dealership.
