The service here was surprisingly poor. My appointment mysteriously disappeared off the calendar, requiring me to rebook it. Fortunately the same time slot was available. Then, a simple headlight replacement under warranty took two days. When I went to pick my car up, it was not delivered to me. Instead, after about 10 minutes I got a BMW app notification that my EV had been plugged in. There was apparently some serious miscommunication happening in the shop. Outside these shenanigans the communication was good and the ability (requirement, actually) to pay online was quite nice. More

I’ve had my older 3-series serviced here multiple times and am happy with the customer service. Having a loaner car and an assigned service advisor to consult with were really appreciated.
