I recently checked their website for used cars and signed up for price drop alerts on a couple of vehicles. The very next day, I received emails, but there was no actual price drop. One of the sale associate up for price drop alerts on a couple of vehicles. The very next day, I received emails, but there was no actual price drop. One of the sale associates reached out asking if I wanted to trade in my car, which I did. I asked for a quote and I was told they'd get back to me. I waited three days and heard nothing. Even the manager emailed me asking if his team was being helpful. I responded, but no follow up. I later realized that was just an automated email. In the end, I never received a quote for my car. The only thing they sent was a generic price on one of the cars I had been watching. It felt like a joke, disorganized and unprofessional. Sadly, this isn't my first bad experience with this location. I've always trusted Herb Chambers, but this particular dealership consistently fails to deliver quality customer service. More
