His knowledge of automobiles and general automotive mechanics is unsurpassed by all of the individuals I worked with (at other dealerships) throughout my "buying" process. In addition to the excellent service, I was extremely happy with the overall pricing of my vehicle. As stereotyped by many car purchasing experiences, I did not feel that this was an arduous process whatsoever. I look forward to working with both Chris BMW Sudbury in the future. More
After a somewhat nturbulent problem with delivery, I am satisfied with the outcome. I find that the General Manager was extremely supportive and corrected the issue. The professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and detail to customer satisfaction was far superior to any other experience. As a business owner, I know the importance of satisfaction after the sale, return customers and word of mouth advertisement. Kosta was truly a pro and would hire him into my company without question. He doesn't know my philosophy yet but seems to be in line with it: " It takes years to establish a customer base, seconds to lose it." While shopping for my new BMW, I visited four different dealerships. I must say that the experience that I had at BMW of Sudbury was absolutely refreshing. I have purchased many new cars in my life and ha dealerships. I must say that the experience that I had at BMW of Sudbury was absolutely refreshing. I have purchased many new cars in my life and have never been treated with the level of courtesy and professionalism that I received for the General Manager, Kosta Pappas. While the other dealerships tried to sell me vehicles equipped with options I did not want, or without options that I wanted, Kosta really cared and found me the car that I wanted. I will never do business anywhere else as long as Kosta Pappas is employed at BMW of Sudbury. More

I came recently to purchase a new 2010 5 series. Given that 2011 models are starting to come out, I figured I could find a great value. These guys gave me a huge run around. All they were concerned with is making sales numbers and didnt really care to listen to what I was looking for or provide any customer service. In addition they played lots of "games" around price which soured me on the whole car buying experience. They pushed me so hard to purchase one of their vehiles that I chose to leave and work with another dealer. More

The whole experience with this dealer was terrible!!! Customer service was non-existent (until after I walked out). I was attempting to purchase my vehicle (2007 BMW 328xi) as it is coming off lease in Customer service was non-existent (until after I walked out). I was attempting to purchase my vehicle (2007 BMW 328xi) as it is coming off lease in the next 30 days. I wanted to have the vehicle certified (go through the BMW CPO process) so that I could take advantage of extending the warranty coverage as well as favorable financing. This dealer originally gave me pricing which was approximately $3,000 higher than a competing dealer. Furthermore this dealer stated that at the pricing that they originally proposed "they were all-in" and could not go one penny lower without losing money. Once they were informed of what the competing dealer was offering all of the sudden their pricing dropped in excess of $3,000 to make their deal $50 cheaper. I stated that I needed a day or two to make a decision, and the folks at BMW of Sudbury responded by saying that I had to make a decision right there and then (talk about high-pressure sales!!!). To make the situation worse, these folks had the audacity to call the competing dealer. I'm not sure what the purpose of such a phone call could be...was it an attempt to price-fix??? In any case, given that I was forced to make a decision right there on the spot, I chose to leave and weigh my options. A couple days later I received a phone call from the GM stating that they would have a difficult time honoring their offer and that if I was willing to pay "several hundred dollars more" we could figure something out. The whole experience left me very dissatisfied and with a bad taste. More importantly I was worried because I negotiated so hard on pricing, it was possible that this dealership would take shortcuts in certifying my vehicle. I can honestly say that their CPO inventory did not look nearly as nice as the CPO inventory at the competing dealership. How do these folks do business this way??? Needless to say they will not be seeing any from me. More
