I was greeted at the door by Mr James Affannato with a warm smile and could he be of help. My return reply was a big YES which I had not received at other dealers. I stated that I was interested in the new 2011 Series 5 BMW with all wheel drive. Mr Affannato spent time with me answering questions that I was interested in. Not once did I feel rushed! I purchased a new 5 series and dealt with salesman James Affanato. He was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with! Working with James Affenato from Ray Chambers BMW in Sudbury was a best experience in this respect. Not only was James very knowledgeable about the car, he also was sensible to the fact what we wanted and what we were looking for. He was honest in pointing out the pro's and con's of all vehicles he presented, - he didn't want to sell a car but tried to satisfy his customer. His handling of the sale was easy, supportive and focused. We enjoyed his service and the effective handling of all matters from start to finish.
