I had an ongoing problem with my coolant and had to return several times to get it fixed. One Saturday, I showed up without an appointment and met the Service Manager, Ryan Dery, for the first time. I return several times to get it fixed. One Saturday, I showed up without an appointment and met the Service Manager, Ryan Dery, for the first time. I explained my situation, and he suggested that I leave my vehicle at the dealership and provided me with a loaner car right away. Ryan actually ended up helping me twice, because the problem returned just a couple of days after I first picked it up. He got to the bottom of the issue and made sure it was finally fixed. He took great care of me, was very professional, easy to work with, followed up promptly, and clearly explained everything that had happened. I sincerely appreciate his professionalism, and I’m truly grateful that he resolved the recurring issue with my car. Thank you very much, Ryan. Best, Marat More

This was probably the worst service advisor I ever came across in my 6 years of bmw authorized service centers across the country. She assumed that I (as a brown person) would not retaliate for the poor se across in my 6 years of bmw authorized service centers across the country. She assumed that I (as a brown person) would not retaliate for the poor service she has provided, I took the incident management and hope the right guardrails are put in place to monitor calls and screen employees before hiring. Although I’ll be honest I don’t have a lot of faith in the management either, because although the manager was polite and helpful he was certain that there cannot be racism among the same skin color completely ignorant to the fact that racism can exist in different forms including colorism, ethnic identities, nationalism, etc.. but what can one expect from a service center manager, he did his best including trying hard to dig call records between me and Julieth but could not find them. More
