They took 3 days to give me a diagnosis on my car and I had to keep calling them for the results. We had a terrible experience with a different dealership from another state after our car broke down on vacation. After 2 months, we got our car back home only to find it was not fixed. Henson Ford is our from another state after our car broke down on vacation. After 2 months, we got our car back home only to find it was not fixed. Henson Ford is our local dealership and went above and beyond for our family. Hillary in the service department really listened and made sure our car and our family was taken care of. Henson was able to get parts faster than anticipated and did a great job on our vehicle. After everything we had been through, Henson Ford and Hillary made the difference! More
