The worst dealership I have ever done buisness with. Bought a $95,000 2022 Dodge dually in early December, they registered it in the wrong county! The temporary tags had expired, they sent "new" temporary tags which only have a week left before expiring. General Manager JR and others screen phone calls, they refuse to speak directly, instead they have the secretary say they are not in and will have to call back and never do! I know they are in because I have called from the parking lot and seen them walk in! Never again will I make the mistake purchasing from any Henson dealership and I do have more vehicles to purchase very shortly but not from there! More
Do not buy a vehicle from this company especially a used vehicle I purchased a vehicle in August of last year and I had it delivered to me I live 2 1/2 hours away I got the vehicle I test drove it I noticed vehicle I purchased a vehicle in August of last year and I had it delivered to me I live 2 1/2 hours away I got the vehicle I test drove it I noticed a lot of things wrong with it so I sent it back and they gave me a car to use while they were working on my car so the things that were wrong with my vehicle were the windshield wiper motor was not working my car was making a lot of noises when I would break and my steering wheel would shake pretty bad so I had concerns that it was my brakes and they made them aware of that gave them a list of issues that I found with the vehicle they took my vehicle they had it for almost a month they couldn’t quite get the motor to work properly so they finally fixed it so they say I get it back the motor was working for a week or two of course it doesn’t rain much in Texas so the next time it rained my motor stopped working so therefore I wasn’t able to drive my vehicle when it rained and they wanted me to bring it back to them so that they can fix it why would I bring a vehicle back to you if you didn’t fix it right the first time took it to Hyundai almost $600 later oh and they duck taped my OC oxygen sensor so now my check engine light is on that Hyundai found out then my husband took it to brake check guess what my brakes were horrendous that was another almost $900 in the wheel bearing on one of my vehicles is going out do you think that Henson Brand cared no they did not horrible customer service horrible horrible horrible do not recommend. More
Folks, if Henson (Chevrolet) could sell a part to a pregnant lady 11 weeks away from birth, the part malfunctions and it takes out the motor, and basically says screw you. They clearly don't care about the parts they sell or the vehicles they blow up with bad parts. Let me explain what this malfunctioned part cost me: My car (which I was trading in), my OB (the 4k I needed to pay them I had to use to buy me a vehicle so I could get to the hospital 45 minutes away, because it is the closest to me, in a high risk pregnancy,) I rode my lawn mower to work so that I don’t lose my job too. At some point you just do what's right, this place has zero interest in what's right just lining their pockets. You, your family, your vehicle do not matter! Be sure to bring your checkbook. They would truly appreciate it! I am sure they felt that this was an acceptable solution. Although this has happened to me with them instead of handling this with customer care or concern they in turn basically said screw you, but we will be happy to continue to take your money! At this point I am not surprised by this action. I have sent many customers to them. I now regret that. If I had known this is who they are as a company I never would have sent any customers to them. When you work for your money you deserve respect when spending it. There has been a major lack of common decency here. More
I cannot express my gratitude enough for how much Bubba Garza went out of his way to make this the best car buying experience I have ever had. I spent more than a year on and off dealing with Dodge/Ram/Jeep dealerships, and even for a while had given up looking because of how painstaking big city and/or corporate owned car dealers were making it to buy a truck. Do yourself a favor and drive 60 miles north of Houston down I-45 and go see Bubba. He is supportive, attentive, listens, and is extremely conscientious of your time. The sales manager, JD introduced himself to me, and made sure that I was comfortable with his part on my new purchase, and my final stop in the finance office with the friendliest finance manager I have ever met, Isabelle. Everyone did their part, and made sure that I was happy. Chrysler branded dealers should take note of this team in Madisonville, TX, and take notes on what being brand ambassadors who take pride in providing a unique truly exceptional customer service experience should be like.
