While I haven't had experience with purchases, but I can vouch for top notch service in the service department. My daughter goes to school in Leavenworth while we live 90 miles away. On several occasions may daughter has had issues with her car and Mark in the service department has taken care of her. It's nice to have a dealer you can trust. Overall I would highly recommend Henry Marten's Chevrolet for any service work. I can't vouch for the purchase process. More
These guys don't play any games. Hands down the best new car buying experience I've ever had. They didn't try marking up the MSRP with a dealer added market adjustment. They didn't try adding a bunch of overpriced and mostly useless dealer add-ons as a "required" package. They didn't spend an hour trying to sell me aftermarket warranties or services after I said I wasn't interested. I only spent two hours and twenty minutes between the two visits to the dealership to order, and then buy and pick up my new EUV. Ed, Randy, and Dave did a great job on getting me in, out, and on my way. I'll be back when I'm ready to get my next EV. More
My wife and I thought it would have been easy when we purchased a 2022 1500 sierra SLT from Henry Martin. The purchase was, but we didn’t like the chrome wheels that came on the truck. Just bring it back in when you come back and we can do that. They found some 22’s that were great. But Shouldn’t have come down to this. Guess we shouldn’t have taken that truck home. Guessing because we paid cash and there just wasn’t any incentive for you all , we kinda got taken. We were told if we don’t like those wheels that you’d swap them out for something we’d like. It was late in the day on a Saturday so we believed it was going to happen cause they told us it could when we came back on the following Tuesday. Guess that teaches us not to be so trusting. Your talking 3000$ on a truck we paid over 64k for. Guessing you can think what kind of taste that puts in my mouth. Forget it. I’ll continue to keep looking. Should have known better. More

Defective radiator I had reported to the service dept that I often smelled coolant. I was told it was normal and once told the cap was loose. Of course now my warrant is I had reported to the service dept that I often smelled coolant. I was told it was normal and once told the cap was loose. Of course now my warrant is up-convenient for them- and I have to pay 1000.00$ for a new radiator to be installed. It is important to note that my mileage is only 55300. I never thought I would have to pay to replace a defective radiator in my silverado. I hate to give poor reviews, but this is rediculous. BTW, GM customer care could care less. If you sense there is a problem with your vehicle, don't assume your service dept will have integrity. More

What a fantastic staff! I had a bit of an unusual purchase experience in that I basically bought the car over the phone and took delivery the next day. I was going through a problematic buy with a different dealer and was at the point where I simply didn't want to buy from that dealer. So on a Monday evening I called Martens and spoke with the sales manager and finance manger about a specific car. They were both friendly and helpful and went out of their way to reassure me but made sure not to pressure me into a purchase. At one point the sales manager even said, "But you don't want to be rushed, do you?" And I didn't, but his recognition of that pretty much sealed the deal for me. I had made up my mind within a few hours of that phone call. The next morning I called and set everything up and took delivery the next day. Because I live about an hour from Leavenworth most of what I needed was taken care of over the phone, from the financing to getting a front license plate bracket on the car. It was the easiest car-buying experience I could have imagined. Tony made sure the car was ready to go. Cory is a great finance manager and answered every question I had. Roger helped me get the car set up and ready to go. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a not just a good price on a vehicle, but for a great, stress-free purchase. More

What a wonderful experience! From the very moment walking into Henry Martens Chevrolet, to taking delivery of my new 2013 Silverado. I had some concerns about financing. Several years ago my life went into a into Henry Martens Chevrolet, to taking delivery of my new 2013 Silverado. I had some concerns about financing. Several years ago my life went into a tailspin and I created several problems for myself. After explaining my situation to Tyler Hill, (my salesman and the nicest salesman I have ever met) he took me at once to the best financial consultative I have ever done business with, Cory Meyer. I explained everything to Cory, within 30 minutes I was approved and waiting on my delivery. Truly unbelievable! Roger Holle, the delivery manager, spent over an hour explaining how all the options on my beautiful truck worked. I would like to mention I know something about the car business. Over 20 years ago I was the General Sales Manager for a very large dealership in Kansas City, Mo. Of course I have been out of the business since then, but I have never seen such a nice and knowledgeable team as Henry Martens Chevrolet. My advice to you is this. If you live within 100 miles of Leavenworth, give this team a try. You will be glad you did. I guarantee it! A very satisfied customer. Bobby Boyd More
