Hour and a Half for an Oil Change? I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there for an hour and a half. WHY BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT?? On my prior oil ch I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there for an hour and a half. WHY BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT?? On my prior oil change and tire rotation is was there for two hours. If this service was not included in the purchase of the vehicle, I would not be going to this dealership! More

Every one at Henry Brown is super-helpful, genuinely nice and very customer oriented , they do a great job of getting you in and out of the dealer on time with minimal wait. I would recommend this dealership to anyone (and I have referred several friends and family members there who have bought vehicles and are happy that they did!) Keep up the great work guys! More

AMAZING EXPERIENCE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Joe Stenze went above and beyond. Even called GM and was able to get them to pay for work that wasn't covered under our extended warranty. Had my oil changed as well it only took and hour at most. Joe always treated me and my husband with the upmost respect and courtesy. We couldn't be happier. Used to only get my oil changed at the car wash. Because of our great experience at Henry Brown, I will only come here from now on. More

Great Service as usual! Scott Usher ensured we didn't take any chances with a possible power steering problem before our spring break vacation at the last minute. It ended up being a pretty major repair that was completed quickly without impacting our plans. Scott and the service team kept us informed along the way and even arranged for the glass company to come to the dealership to replace our cracked side window! More
All day oil change It took 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. When I arrived for my appointment, Mike stated it should take about 1 hour and 20 minutes. No explanation It took 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. When I arrived for my appointment, Mike stated it should take about 1 hour and 20 minutes. No explanation for why it took so long and I had to go hunt someone down to find out about my car because I didn't see Mike and all the other service advisers ignored me. My car was returned to me with a few water drips to make it seem like they washed it and wax smeared across my windshield that I had to clean myself. I'm not sure it's worth the free oil changes to continue going to this dealer. More
