As dealership repair shops go, it was good. Good for a dealership. All dealerships have the 'black hole' service department where you send your vehicle, are given a completion time that is rando Good for a dealership. No matter how big or small the repair will be you don't get a call until 30 minutes before close. Roll the dice on if it will need to be there overnight. Unless it is a warranty item, I would always go elsewhere. Given that, again, good for a dealership. More

Hour and a Half for an Oil Change? I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there for an hour and a half. WHY BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT?? On my prior oil ch I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there for an hour and a half. WHY BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT?? On my prior oil change and tire rotation is was there for two hours. If this service was not included in the purchase of the vehicle, I would not be going to this dealership! More

Henry Brown GMC Service Dept ROCKS!!! Tim Thompson, my service advisor, is a great guy and always takes awesome care of my baby and I when I bring her in for service :) He always keeps me Tim Thompson, my service advisor, is a great guy and always takes awesome care of my baby and I when I bring her in for service :) He always keeps me informed about any potential issues and/or items that need to be done during maintenance, as well as giving me heads-up on preventative maintenance items, to ensure a smooth ride! Every one at Henry Brown is super-helpful, genuinely nice and very customer oriented , they do a great job of getting you in and out of the dealer on time with minimal wait. I would recommend this dealership to anyone (and I have referred several friends and family members there who have bought vehicles and are happy that they did!) Keep up the great work guys! More

AMAZING EXPERIENCE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Joe Stenze went above and beyond. Even called GM and was able to get them to pay for work that wasn't covered under our extended warranty. Had my oi Joe Stenze went above and beyond. Even called GM and was able to get them to pay for work that wasn't covered under our extended warranty. Had my oil changed as well it only took and hour at most. Joe always treated me and my husband with the upmost respect and courtesy. We couldn't be happier. Used to only get my oil changed at the car wash. Because of our great experience at Henry Brown, I will only come here from now on. More

Great Service as usual! Scott Usher ensured we didn't take any chances with a possible power steering problem before our spring break vacation at the last minute. It ended up Scott Usher ensured we didn't take any chances with a possible power steering problem before our spring break vacation at the last minute. It ended up being a pretty major repair that was completed quickly without impacting our plans. Scott and the service team kept us informed along the way and even arranged for the glass company to come to the dealership to replace our cracked side window! More
