I've been going to Hennessey Porsche since 2014. I had a 2014 Porsche Boxster then which got destroyed by a careless idiot driver in November of 2016. I purchased a new 2017 718 Porsche Boxster 3 in March of 2017. I had my 10,000 service at Hennessey Porsche on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 and the technicians did the following: checked and adjusted all headlights, checked brakes, brake hoses, brake linings, inspected tires and adjusted pressure, changed oil and oil filter (6 quarts of Mobile 1), reset the maintenance interval, replaced the O-ring, replaced the aluminum seal ring, added some solvent (7101) and replaced the screw plug. The process took about 2 hours. At the end they had washed and vacuumed my Porsche and delivered it back to me. I put the top down and drove home. The total cost of the service was $317.72 and worth every penny. More

Consistently excellent organization. Salesman, Mike McPherson, has always been great, even well before I bought a car from him. His support paid off and I now own a Hennessy Porsche. Mik Salesman, Mike McPherson, has always been great, even well before I bought a car from him. His support paid off and I now own a Hennessy Porsche. Mike continues to be as helpful as ever along with the entire service and parts organizations. Service Manager Jeff Corey and I go way back and he has NEVER exhibited anything other than excellence and customer commitment. This shows through the service organization at Hennessy always. And I would be remiss not to mention my recent service with Service Advisor, Joel Hughes. This was our first time working together and I can say that Joel is just like the rest of the Hennessy team, excellent. I look forward to working with Joel in the future. In fact, .I've not met anyone in any Hennessy department that isn't friendly and helpful. This obviously reflects on all the staff and management at Hennessy Porsche. Only aspect not rated highly is "Price". I said average. Average for a Porsche, that is. More

For example, I called ahead to schedule a service appointment. I was told to come in the next morning at 7:30a.m. and drove quite a distance to have my car serviced. I was on time, and my vehicle was left untouched for three business days. I was not called nor was I offered alternate transportation. I finally decided to call the dealership at 4:00pm on day three to get an update. After receiving no information about my concerns, I went to the dealership to pick up my car. They told me that if I waited 20 minutes, they could fix my car fixed before I left. Service fixed one issue while I waited and had no action plan to fix anything else. They did not offer a solution to keep me on the road or to complete the work I requested. I was not provided with an invoice/receipt for the work that was actually done. Worst of all, my car was returned scratched. (2014 Porsche 911) Of course, I'll need to pay to get the damage fixed, and I'll never go back to this dealership again. I can say one this is consistent with this dealership - whether it's dealing with their internet sales managers or the service department, they are anything but customer focused. More
Awesome Sales Team + Worst Porsche Service Dept in the US I have a very mixed experience with Hennessy. Their sales team is top notch, especially Scott Hamilton and Mike McPherson. They worked with me on spec I have a very mixed experience with Hennessy. Their sales team is top notch, especially Scott Hamilton and Mike McPherson. They worked with me on specing and ordering a perfect 981 Cayman GTS to replace my 987 Cayman S. Scott was extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout the ordering and delivery process and ultimately the vehicle came in over a month early, which worked out great. Unfortunately, every service experience I have had at Hennessy has been the exact opposite, both on my old car and new one. The service team seems to feel it is a hassle to deal with customers, doesn't keep them updated, and is not accommodating at all. In terms of a brief backstory, I had tried Hennessy service when I first got my 987 and it was bad. Then went to Jim Ellis, who has been amazing. I get my car serviced 4-5 times per year for the last 4+ years, as I do a lot of track events, and I have always had a great experience with Jim Ellis. I've had 3-4 services at Hennessy total, and all have been horrible, with the one on my new car resulting in them recommending a procedure that effectively destroyed my hood and resulted in it requiring a full replacement. They didn't even tell me or acknowledge the situation even when I called for an update. Instead a body shop finally called me to give me an update. Additionally, most recently I've been waiting six months for a part to come in that was damaged upon delivery of my car. I've checked in at least three separate times for status and each time they told me it would take some time but it was ordered, including on the IOU they gave me when they delivered the car. On the six month anniversary of delivery I asked again and they told me they never ordered the part and now they want to try to fix it instead of replacing. This is insane, I was nearly speechless other than replying to Jeff that this reinforces the horrible service of the Hennessy team. They are literally the worst. End result, absolutely buy your car from Hennessy, especially Scott and Mike, and then run for the hills before your first service as I wouldn't take a my worst enemy's beater car to to Hennesy for service, especially Zak as Hennessy Service Department is literally the worst Porsche Service and possibly the worst luxury vehicle service department in the US as I've had other luxury vehicles and lived all over the US and never had even one bad experience at any dealer, let alone the 3+ bad ones I've now had at Hennessy. the review is for service not my sales guy great sales experience but poor service experience. My stars are based on service. My sales guy would have received 5 stars. I purchased over $3,000 w great sales experience but poor service experience. My stars are based on service. My sales guy would have received 5 stars. I purchased over $3,000 worth of extra services when I bought my car including tinting, speed film and resistall. I made the appointment on the day I purchased the car. I was told that day it would take 4-5 hours for all services to be completed. I brought my car in for service on my scheduled day and arrived at 9am. I waited to be helped only to find out they could not find me or my appointment in the computer. They took my car anyway and I had to wait over 45 minutes for a rental from enterprise. A Hyundai. I gave them a Porsche Cayenne to service. I had to deal with the kid from enterprise and was pestered to purchase additional insurance even though my carrier extends my auto coverage to rentals. I had arranged for a sitter for my infant son that afternoon so I wouldn't have to take him for pick up. At 3pm, 6 hours after drop off, I called into the service center to check the status. No one had called me at all. The guy who answered(also the guy that checked me in) said he had no clue about the status and said someone would call me back. Luckily my sales guy checked in to ask if I had any questions about my car now that I had driven it a few days via email about the same time as I called in to service. I told him my situation with my son and not being kept in the loop about my car. He quickly responded with what was going on (they were still doing the tint and it would take another two hours before they were done) and asked if it would be easier with my son to come for pick up the next day. If I hadn't emailed him I don't know if I would have gotten a response from service at all. I just wish accurate expectations were set up front and when things changed I feel I should have been notified. They should know their volume that day and should know how long services they offer (or up sell at purchase) will take. The girls at pick up the next day weren't that knowledgeable either. As for the work, there are bubbles on the film and tinted windows. I was told they would bake into the car and windows in the next few weeks. Hopefully that will be true. I feel the service department lacked a desire to be attentive or even apologetic. I definitely feel the premium paid for Porsche service was not worth it all. I love the car and hate this was my first service experience. More

I've been going to Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta for the last two years to have our Cayenne serviced. We are originally from California, where we purchased two Porsches. The dealership in CA cannot ho the last two years to have our Cayenne serviced. We are originally from California, where we purchased two Porsches. The dealership in CA cannot hold a candle to the level of service I receive at Hennessy. We recently had a run in with a curb when the big snow/freeze hit and Zak went above and beyond to get the car repaired and even helped me with an insurance claim. I always look forward to getting the car serviced, because I know I'll be dealing with Zak. In CA I dreaded the thought of going! More
