From walking in off the street and asking to test drive and all the way through the order process they were nothing short of accomo you can see why. Four months ago, I got to know Hennessy Porsche through the internet after having had much disappointment with dealerships near where I live. These people would not answer e-mails; and when I visited some the internet after having had much disappointment with dealerships near where I live. These people would not answer e-mails; and when I visited some of them, they behaved so arrogantly and disrespectfully because I was looking for a base model Cayenne with manual transmission. They wanted to sell me options-loaded vehicles I did not want and I could not afford. I was about to give up buying a new vehicle since I would not be able to get it the way I wanted. However, my initial Internet contact with Hennessy Porsche and subsequent e-mail correspondence convinced me that there were nice and considerate Porsche dealerships and salespeople that I could do business with. Scott was willing to order my Cayenne exactly the way I wanted at a price that was fair to them and me, and he did. He did not pressure me for adding any options other than those I selected, which were just a few. The entire transaction lasted nearly four months. During those months, he answered e-mails almost instantaneously, answered any questions I had to my full satisfaction, kept me updated as to when the vehicle was ordered, built date, completion date, and the date of shipping from Germany and arrival at the US port and finally the dealership. Having been picked up from the airport and treated to a ride in a gorgeous Porsche Carrera 911 (This was a first in my life) to the dealership to pick up my Cayenne were also a highlight I will never forget. From the beginning to the end, this was a wonderful car buying experience. I highly recommend Hennessy Porsche and Scott Hamilton to my friends and family members or anyone who is on the market for a Porsche vehicle. Keep up the good work. More
