after approval of insurance, repair work never got done, they never even started on the car, we were told it would be three weeks for repair,, at about 4 weeks we tried contacting them as it took a week or they never even started on the car, we were told it would be three weeks for repair,, at about 4 weeks we tried contacting them as it took a week or so to get the ins approved. Matt deals with email more than you can get him on the phone, and he would not return them, did not return calls, finally my wife drove over there to find they never started on the car, he had some excuse about the insurrance comany was supposed to call us, He had told us it would take about 3 weeks to do the car, we were under the assumption they were repairing the car, you would think after all that time someone would have called us, but not so at that dealership. So we had Jim Ellis Porsche pick up car to get repaired. The car sat long enough untouched at Hennessy to ruin the battery in it, so I had a tow bill and new battery that was not needed. no apology no nothing from the service department, they just do not seem to care about the customer in the service department, I was really shocked at this as the sales department was very much different....
