I decided to move from a 2008 Cayman to a used 911 Carrera this summer so I stopped by Hennessy to see what was available. We stopped by Hennessy to say hello to Sally and Drew Borges had accepted a 2009 Carrera on a trade just before our arrival. Drew let us look over the vehicle prior to it going to the shop and we agreed if everything was acceptable we would try to work out a trade. Drew, Sally and Greg Jordan assisted us very professionally and quickly through the inspection and purchase process. I would recommend this team of professionals to anyone anticipating a Porsche purchase. More

I was cross-shopping the Boxster & S2000 in '06 when I met Richard Jennings at Hennessey. He knew that I was leaning towards the S2000, but still treated me right. I bought the S2000. Richard actually referred me to the sales rep at Honda who sold it to me. The whole situation left me with such a positive impression that when I was ready to buy a 911 seven years later, I went back to Hennessey and asked for Richard. Once again, his professionalism and knowledge impressed me. We worked out a fair deal for a CPO '11 Carrera GTS. I'd certainly recommend Richard to friends and will call him again if I'm in the market for another Porsche. More

Ricky knew I was in the market for a pre certificed 2010 or 2011 cayenne S. As soon as a car came in meeting my specifications, he immediately texted pictures and information about the car. An appointment was made for me to come in to see/test drive the car. I was not able to keep the appointment so he graciously brought the car to me to test drive. This is an unheard of level of customer service in our high tech low touch world. He patiently explained the features of the vehicle and answered my questions while I gave it a test drive. I made arrangements to come to the dealership that evening to purchase the vehicle. I arrived later than expected and again he patiently waited while i vetted my decision with a few confidants over the phone. I can be very difficult and not once did his countenance or body language display annoyance. While I worked with the Jamey, the Finance Manager, Ricky made arrangements to transport my car to my home. To my surprise, he made it back to the dealership before the transaction was completed. With a smile on his face, he pleasantly made sure I knew how to operate key features of the vehicle. It was late in the evening and I was going out of town so we scheduled time to finish the "delivery" paperwork. The only time I was available was on his day off. Without hesitation, Ricky agreed to meet me at my office on his day off to complete the process. Unexpectedly I received a genuinely written thank-you email from Ricky. The friendliness, patience and high quality customer service was a common thread of my buying experience. As a result, I have recommended Ricky to a friend who is looking to purchase a Porsche because Ricky genuinely cares about the individual buying experience. Hennessey is fortunate to have a person of high integrity on the team. More
