The dealer did an excellent job taking care of my tire. I’ve been dealing with this dealership since 2010. They make it hard to leave. There are other makes but the experiences I have with the service department is paramount. I have already reviewed this dealership/service center before, but I am updating my review. The previous review was 5 stars as well, but I wanted to give a more in-depth review this time! This is my secon before, but I am updating my review. The previous review was 5 stars as well, but I wanted to give a more in-depth review this time! This is my second time using Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta for my service. My first service was a traditional service, where Jorge was awesome. I have owned Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and many more luxury brands. All of which can not compare with the level of service I have received with this service center. My most recent service was due for my 2019 Lexus ES300h, but a few days before my service I ran over a curb. This bent my driver side rims, punctured the tires, and messed up a few of my suspension components. I had the ES towed to Lexus and Jorge took over everything. He worked with my wheel and tire warranty company and worked with my insurance to get the repairs done. He did everything on his own. All I had to do was file the claim. From there, he did the negotiations, claims, and repairs. I was genuinely surprised with how quickly everything got done. The ES got its' 30,000 mile service and all repairs in two weeks! If this had been another dealership/brand, it would have taken months! Not only this, but Jorge kept communication via call/text throughout the entire process. When I asked to come in to look at the damage, he scheduled me to meet with the tech (who was super honest and informative). I worked in the automotive industry, so I know quite a bit about cars and have seen the good, bad, and ugly. With that said, this is the best dealer to work with. I can tell they genuinely love their jobs and have comradery with one another. In a market where there is so much competition, this is very important to me as the customer. It is also the little things that set them apart like the fact I got to keep my loaner instead of getting into a rental, which costs them money and makes life a little harder on them with other service clients and Jorge discounted my service to a more than reasonable price. Most people think they are being taken to the cleaners with dealers, which most of the time they are. But at this dealer, they are on the customers side! I would highly recommend you go to Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta for all of your service needs, as well as to buy a car. I also can not recommend Jorge more for his timeliness, professionalism, and understanding! If I could give 500 stars, I would! More
Lackluster, and truly an unimpressed visit today at Hennessy Lexus. I came into the door as I have been doing for years since I bought the car here at Hennessy Lexus. Previously, we have been treated f Hennessy Lexus. I came into the door as I have been doing for years since I bought the car here at Hennessy Lexus. Previously, we have been treated fairly and politely but not anymore. A few things I like to illustrate for possible improvement or collateral to use in training. I made an appointment at 8:45am on a Saturday, The service receptionist had said she will call me shortly when my service Advisor Brett is ready for me. Moments later the receptionist calls me and had tells me that he is now ready for me. As I get directed to his desk, He isn't there, this is a Big No-No in the dealership industry. The advisor should have been at his desk and greet the customer upon entry. As I pondered upon the status of his return, he comes without an apology or a warm formality of "Hello, How are you". Felt that he was in the middle of something previously and somehow I have interrupted him. With a irked demeanor he proceeded on reading his notes. He then tried to push me out the door saying, oh, you're here for and oil change and some tire rotation. I inform him that I don't require a tire rotation. He then tells me that I need one and I say "no, I don't I just got my new tires installed. He then asks me where I got my tires replaced... weird for okay... and when I answer he then retracts and goes "okay you don't need one". As he tries to push me out the door to re-engage in whatever he was doing previously, I tell him that My wife has been complaining about an issue with the push engine start option that hesitate to start. Unsympathetic to our dilemma he then tells me okay and gets up from his chair to the door and proceeds to leave. I then tell him, I cant stay I have work and I need a loaner. He then proceeds that they cant give out a loner for a job so small. I have been coming to this dealership since I bought the car and this was news to me. If this was the case, It would have been nice to have been notified as I was scheduling the appointment. A quick browse around my profile will show you that I have never been denied of a service car. I digress, I was told by Brett that this came in affect with the new service manager and started enforcing this new 5/31/21 Apparently no one was following the protocol but suddenly decided to follow it starting my visit. As I make arrangements to either to be picked up or to leave without the car getting serviced, Brett interrupts me mid-call and says that He doesn't want to get in trouble by doing something outside the policy. I tell him "im making arrangements and not trying to make you do something you cant do to get you into trouble". Now I am eager to get out of there as soon as I can so I can get my car serviced elsewhere. It was either that or have to wait an hour and a half in the lobby for what they claim to be a "Small job. Ill just get my small Job done somewhere else who can appreciate my money and time. Farewell Hennessy Lexus, Its been nice knowing ya. More

Called because tire pressure light on. Receptionist was very polite and said come on in. I told her I was going to Discount Tire but she said don’t and just come over. On arrival no one at front desk so valet sends me to cashier. After explaining what I was there, she asked if I had an appointment. Told her what the receptionist said and she was not happy visibly. Need to train the cashier in communication- Thanks More
