The dealer did an excellent job taking care of my tire. Horrible experience! I will not buy a water bottle from this awful place. Just because I’m a woman the new car director tried to play me with price! I have already reviewed this dealership/service center before, but I am updating my review. The previous review was 5 stars as well, but I wanted to give a more in-depth review this time! This is my secon before, but I am updating my review. The previous review was 5 stars as well, but I wanted to give a more in-depth review this time! This is my second time using Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta for my service. My first service was a traditional service, where Jorge was awesome. I have owned Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and many more luxury brands. All of which can not compare with the level of service I have received with this service center. My most recent service was due for my 2019 Lexus ES300h, but a few days before my service I ran over a curb. This bent my driver side rims, punctured the tires, and messed up a few of my suspension components. I had the ES towed to Lexus and Jorge took over everything. He worked with my wheel and tire warranty company and worked with my insurance to get the repairs done. He did everything on his own. All I had to do was file the claim. From there, he did the negotiations, claims, and repairs. I was genuinely surprised with how quickly everything got done. The ES got its' 30,000 mile service and all repairs in two weeks! If this had been another dealership/brand, it would have taken months! Not only this, but Jorge kept communication via call/text throughout the entire process. When I asked to come in to look at the damage, he scheduled me to meet with the tech (who was super honest and informative). I worked in the automotive industry, so I know quite a bit about cars and have seen the good, bad, and ugly. With that said, this is the best dealer to work with. I can tell they genuinely love their jobs and have comradery with one another. In a market where there is so much competition, this is very important to me as the customer. It is also the little things that set them apart like the fact I got to keep my loaner instead of getting into a rental, which costs them money and makes life a little harder on them with other service clients and Jorge discounted my service to a more than reasonable price. Most people think they are being taken to the cleaners with dealers, which most of the time they are. But at this dealer, they are on the customers side! I would highly recommend you go to Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta for all of your service needs, as well as to buy a car. I also can not recommend Jorge more for his timeliness, professionalism, and understanding! If I could give 500 stars, I would! More

Monica was outstanding from start to finish. Got us the information we requested in a timely manner. No games. Purchased a certified used luxury car from Hennessey Lexus. After driving it sparingly for two months, three service lights came on; coolant, transmission and engine warning light. I called the service manager to see if I can get some help in getting the vehicle looked at and repaired. He stated, because you didn't take one warranty insurance we can not help you. He stated get this, "Cars are mechanical and mechanical parts break", HUH? I tried to explain that I was going to take out warranty insurance this summer, but I start driving the vehicle regularly. Also, I asked for a little empathy as a vehicle that's been certified by them should not need a $17,000 repair after only driving for two months. It took them over a month, tossing me around to different people with 1,000 of excuses, no answering phones or emails to final get someone to say "We can't help you". Sorry, bye. Poor customer service. The worst I've seen. Would never purchase from them again. I recommend no one. More
